  2. Horrible experience. Was there for a closet furniture estimate. Two employees were on the floor and neither of them cared to help. One of them referred me to a woman who was already taking care of a customer and they were still talking about measures and materials so I was up for a long wait. I waited for a while but ended up walking away. Terrible customer service.

  3. Their variety is not as before.Tgey had few options of products.I was able to see more variety of bathroom and kitchen appliances in the La Muda sector of Guaynabo.

  4. My contractor kept on telling me to visit the store, and this place is huge. We were a little lost because 3C has everything one is looking for home remodeling. Love love love the doors. Love, love, love the second floor for the bathroom needs. Plenty of parking. Yes there is an elevator!

    I will never shop here again. I used to run and manage a True Value in New York, my employees would greet people, help people and actually have customer service skills, clean the store, restock and rotate stock…this store lacks in many areas! They wouldn’t like me as a Manager, half the employees would be replaced!

    The store had personnel that were helpful , but the cashier needs some schooling on customer service. We had to pay for our items while she resolved a problems on a call that came through while we were there. A Thank you was no where to be found.
