  2. We love to go there, almost always everything is there, if not, it is ordered. The waitresses are actually always friendly with a few exceptions. Prices are also great, but you should also ask for a cheap alternative yourself, otherwise you get the expensive one, which is why there was a deduction of 1 point.

  4. Always happy, staff very friendly and helpful.. and above all.. WALA products are 90% in stock. No ordering/ picking up later. Until now, and I’ve been there many times.. I’ve always gotten everything.

    The older man was very rude. Address someone by their first name. His reaction to the fact that I couldn’t afford the co-payment: he didn’t care and shrugged his shoulders! That’s not his problem either, but his reaction and his actions, very disrespectful! After all, he is dealing with sick people and one can expect some empathy! Conclusion: Grade 6-

    Excellent customer service. On my prescription with 3 different medications, one was not available. The pharmacist searched and telephoned for me to see if he could find the drug in another pharmacy. He actually found another pharmacy. That’s great customer service. Thank you for taking the time to talk to me, although unfortunately you couldn’t sell anything to me as a result. For this I redeem my next prescriptions with you.

    Older gentleman was very dismissive and unfriendly. He could have saved himself advice as this was not really available. Other employees then look at you askew when I presented the ticket to stamp the parking garage. This is possible in connection with a purchase of €5 or more. Small change to pay was simply ignored and I got even more small change out. 2 stars for the possibility with the parking ticket!

    One star deduction for the location… directly on the main street, only paid parking or “lucky”… All employees were friendly, committed! Prescriptions could always be redeemed, no waiting times or delivery necessary… No waiting times for service, enough employees on duty… An all-round sympathetic pharmacy…just a little unrest through Xantener Straße…🥴

    Absolute favorite pharmacy. Good advice has often been given, items that are not in stock have been ordered quickly and even during the pandemic, service has always been friendly. We were also often here for testing, as we often had the feeling that we were only being tested half-heartedly at other test sites. In short, I can’t say anything negative. Thanks!

    I had a doctor’s appointment and needed an FFP2 mask as soon as possible, unfortunately I didn’t have any money with me. And the mask was very kindly given to me here. I am so grateful.
