  1. I have had my phone for a couple of months and been very pleased with it, however, it recently started acting up and I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. I took it to this store and found out it could possibly be defective and not my fault. As I was working with the representative, he mentioned I would be covered under warranty. I had no idea that was even an option and went in thinking I would have to get a new phone. He helped me call in my warranty replacement and I should be sent a replacement phone the next day. It was a super simple process and he was extremely helpful through the whole process, no matter how frustrated I got.

    I had a pleasant experience in a not so pleasant situation and will be a lifelong customer after this. Thank you for treating your customers with such care. Highly recommend this store to anyone with Verizon needs.

  2. I switched services from Sprint to Verizon. I went in nervous about switching as I was a long time customer with my previous cellular company, but could no longer afford the bill and had spotty connection when I traveled for work. Hans helped make the process easy and seamless. I was able to keep my same number, he helped me switch over my data, and helped me set up my new products. The patience was appreciated as I had several devices to switch – phone, iPad, and watch. All of my questions were thoroughly answered. The promotional deals were excellent as well! Since switching, I’ve been less stressed about paying my bill each month and have had more reliable service.

  3. My wife and I dealt with a particularly unique process of setting up a business account today and it ended up being way more complex than we had expected. Layne was the main associate we worked with, but the entire staff took an interest in helping us, especially Brandon. Overall, even though it took longer than expected, we were very surprised at the great service. Thank you to Layne, Brandon and the entire staff!

  4. Walked into the store with a broken phone. Left with a new phone and 2 other devices. Staff member the time to try to fix my old device and and figure out the best option for what I needed. He was super efficient and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and looked at all the promotions and options that were best for me. He offered his next working hours just in case I had any problems and made sure I was comfortable with set up and usage of my new devices. Exceptional experience and very satisfied with my purchases.

  5. I came in looking for a tablet case for my granddaughter tablet. The representative I work with help me find the perfect size case for my granddaughters tablet. I bought a case before coming in but it didn’t fit so getting the guidance on the right sized case really helped. I enjoyed my experience and I will be back again. Highly recommend this location if you’re needing help or advice

    Verizon’s services is not like it used to be. I am so ready to leave after 29 years. I wake up one morning and my phone did not charge and it wouldn’t come on. I went Verizon and they scheduled an appointment for ubreak it we fix it. Long story short I needed a new phone. I was told it would be 3 days. I let them know that I need my phone asap due to my business. At the end of the day it took them 7 days to get a phone for me. If I did not have a spare them I would have been out of SOL. Everyone I spoke to blamed it on someone else. If I walked in and wanted a new phone I would walk out the door with one. But to have a broken phone they did not care that I had to be out of a phone for a week. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Again battery problems. I went to Verizon and they set up an appointment to get a repair. The address they gave me was 3870 Paxton Rd. I went to the location and there is no Verizon there. I call customer service to figure out where I needed to be. They have no record of Verizon at that location. So I go to Rookwood which was the closest. They tell me they can not help me I need to go to Paxton. After I pulled the address on my phone that says Kiddie Kuts and let him know it is not there. He decided to call. We’ll I guess he figured out no location was there. The next appointment he can set me up for is on Aprtil 26th. I am so over Verizon. Now I have to wait another week for a hot battery and low charging. Really Verizon. AT&T here I come. This is ridiculousnessness.

    Associate Cole Straight was awesome! We came in to inquire about changing plans and possibly upgrading a phone. We walked out with 2 new plans, 2 new phones, and 2 watches, lol. He helped us find the plan that was right for us and he found and obtained as many deals and discounts as possible. On top of all that, he transferred our old phones to the new perfectly! I was apprehensive about that transfer, but wow… it’s really seamless now. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and so patient with us. Highly recommend!

    Hans at the Cold Spring Verizon location was outstanding! He took care of my phone upgrade quickly and painlessly. My son is a first responder and Hans’ excellent customer service managed his phone replacement without incident or outage. 5 Star rating. Highly recommend!

    Five stars!!!!! Hans at Cold Spring hooked me up with a new iPhone 14 because my iPhone 13 mini would not hold a charge and had other issues as well. He also advised an otter box phone case for durability. I use my phone for the main resource for my career so it’s very important to me that I have a functional phone. Hans explained the upgrade necessary to ensure a quality product that would certainly take care of my communication requirements. Phone info transfer was efficient and considerate of my time availability. Would highly recommend Hans for his outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
