I have been dealing w/ an issue THROUGH THE CALL CENTER RE: An upgrade & very large credit they owe me after taking over $1000 from my acct. that wasnt owed. I have been dealing with them for over 6 months now. The Call center for VZ is horrible, so very disappointed in them, they always said they would call back, even the call center Managers & never did. I went into the Eastern store & spoke to the Manager Danielle, he was patient in getting the call center on the phone with me on numerous occassions(becasue again they would never follow through & do what they said) to help me get this long overdue issue resolved! Makes my old providers look like poo – and I ain’t talking Winnie!By Edward Brown (2 months ago)Customer beware! The store does not go through the proper process to authorize purchase of a phones. We have never been to the store or authorized purchase of two new iPhones but yet this past Sunday, two thieves at 4pm were able to provide just our name and phone number to purchase and also activate two phones under our account. The seller Johnny clearly did not go through the proper verification process in order to confirm it is not a fraudulent charge. The only notification we received was permission to transfer service to a new phone which we ignored. Somehow, Johnny or someone in the store was able to bypass that. As a result for a very scary five hours someone else had our phone numbers. And our family was without a phone to communicate with each other during a crucial time. The fraudulent phones have since been deactivated from our account. However, after spending the entire day on the phone as well as in our local Verizon store, we were still not able to reverse the charges almost $2000 on a Verizon account. - Reviews:Probably the best 3rd party Verizon store I’ve ever been to. Ray was such a pleasure to work with. He was patient while my stupid other service provider took 50 minutes to answer a 30 second question. He, and the other young man closing tonight, had me laughing while we waited. I even upgraded my screen protector to a Liquid Glass one after Ray explained how it works and that it would be best for me seeing as my old phone’s screen was literally hanging on by 1 corner and barely. Set up the device entirely, which I’m using to create this review, and even set me up with an Apple Watch through a Black Friday deal! Great service; and the other staff seemed really friendly as well with the way they were engaging with folks! Ray was extremely patient with my mother and me, particularly related to explaining certain promotions, plans, technologies, and services. I have never been so disgusted with the way I was treated during my visit yesterday at my local Verizon store. My sales lady, Phyllis, made me feel horrible for switching from the Apple iphone to the Pixel 7 Pro. Not only did she make a comment stating how I was dumping phones and downgrading to bad quality, but she also stated that she didn’t understand why I wasn’t upgrading to the iPhone 14. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was that she didn’t want to be there and made me feel uncomfortable, like I was a bad person for switching. I left the store in tears. I’ve never experienced this before, as the sales representatives are generally always nice. Phyllis was a horrible sales person.
Told me it would be a 5 minute wait for help. Was actually a 35 minute wait. Then they couldn’t even help me, had me call Verizon when Verizon told me to go in store. Neither took care of my issue. I wasted hours and gas in the past few months to solve my issue, and still no solution. We’ve been customers for 14 years, and have had more bad experiences than good. We have had a few helpful people in the past.
My sister, a senior citizen, ordered a new phone. it never arrived. After a month she was told the phone is discontinued. So she ordered another phone and waited another month. Nothing arrived and was subsequently told that was was also discontinued. Her number that she’s had over 20 years, has since been disconnected by Verizon. I called “customer care”. After being transferred around for an hour. Nobody knew what to do.
Came in with an issue with a watch for our daughter that tier 3 tech support couldn’t figure out. The manager here helped us and had us fixed in 20 mins. She’s a natural leader and is amazing at her job. Not surprised she’s the manager. She’s a natural and deserves to move up. Thank you.
Rude manager. Did not even bother to apologize for the inconvenience & misinformation. Instead I was told that their information is not insync with thei customer service department. Would not give me a chance to talk. I feel like they intentionally gave me the incorrect device. This is my first time with Verizon & I have all this sorts of problems right away. I haven’t even started using my service yet.
