- Reviews:I had to replace a main drain line for my utility room (to the sewer main) and a gas main from the meter to my home. Project involved some interconnecting trenching in the backyard, quite a bit. The Nick’s team (Eric ran the project) did a great job. Started Monday, city inspection and backfill done by Thursday. Great communication, neat, orderly and clean. They handled changes and adversity well as the project moved. Great group.By Erica Calvery (7 months ago)Nick’s plumbing used to be good and honest, however that is not the case anymore. We recently had a small leak at the natural gas connection to the water heaters and one furnace, so Centerpoint shut it off and told us to call a plumber to reseal the connections. So we called directly to Nick’s based on the positive experience before. First they only addressed the water heaters and did not even check the furnace, so the natural gas to furnace is still shut off with Centerpoint’s tag. Secondly and most importantly, the technician was not honest about the work needs to done. He called my wife about the repairs and told her the flexible hoses leaked and must be replaced, then my wife agreed to proceed. But once I received the repair details and invoice, I called to confirm with technician on where the leak is, after some exchange, he eventually confirmed that there was no leak on the hose and stated he would charge me the same for re-applying sealant to the connections whether the hose is replaced or not, I guess that’s the “minimum” charge for him to do any work or the trip charge. When I asked about Centerpoint’s recommendations, he just dismissed it as it is his call on what he would repair. At the end, we were charged near $400 to reseal the 2 connections. Nick’s plumbing did not stay true to their “values” when they were a smaller plumbing company. Needless to say, we won’t be calling them for any future works anymore.By Timothy (7 months ago)Reached out to Nick’s for a tankless water heater repair. The crew who showed up was extremely professional, well articulated and completely knowledgeable about all facets of tankless water heater operation and repair. They approached the problem in a couple of different ways starting with a repair and service and due to the nature of the challenge and age of the unit moved into recommending a replacement. The amount of time it took to get the install done and competed was amazingly quick and they left the workplace as clean and tidy as they found it. They were detailed, explained everything and then took pictures and documented what was completed. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the effort they rendered to complete the install and definitely will leverage Nick’s for services in the future. I would recommend them. Work done was in January 2023.By Ayman Husain (3 months ago)Wow! Nick’s is an amazing company! Our tech Chris came out to service some errors on our HVAC which included some plumbing /Drain issues. With in 2 hours he had it’s all fixed. They gave us a great reasonable price and even better service. I feel like Covid and post Covid all service lrociders have lost the art of customer service but Chris and Nick’s plumbing were wonderful. I’ll call them for any HVAC or plumbing need! Thanks!!! He had to go up and down 4 stories and never complained! Thanks Chris!By Katy Bailey (5 months ago)Eric Perez, of Nick’s Plumbing, showed up early and was patient to wait for someone to arrive to open up the home for gas leak test. He was friendly and pleasant s despite our delay. He was able to go in and look exactly for the issue. Very knowledgeable and gave us options for recommended solutions. Very fast and efficient, was able to begin and finish the job the same day. Great service, we would call again if we ever need any of the services this company offers.By Tricia Frazier (8 months ago)

- Reviews:My technician Ramses went the extra mile with our toilet repairs. He took the time to see what each issue was and explained in detail the way I could understand with my limited knowledge of plumbing. He called around numerous places and physically tracked down the parts we needed when the part item was very limited in stock. Great dedication and very hard worker!By Howard Davis (4 months ago)The field supervisor was very professional and he made sure I understood the process of fixing my plumbing. He answered all off my questions and was very patient. The combo technician was also professional, by providing before and after pics of the repair and did the job in a timely manner. I’m very pleased with this company and I will use them again.By Betty Lyles (7 months ago)George was the service professional who came out to unplug a stopped up sewer line coming from the house. It was on a Saturday and he arrived around 7PM as stated. He was very cordial and started to unplug the line. It was difficult because there were 2 lines connecting to main sewer line. He worked diligently in solving the problem as it was not immediately apparent direction to root out problem. While he was working on problem, he was being contacted by another technician who was having problems. He remained calm while trying to take care of 2 problems simultaneously. He did a great job in remedying the problem out my house & showed no frustrations knowing he still had to go & help the other technician. I believe he finally left my house at 8:30. He is one of the most professional technicians I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend him & RotoRooter.By Dave (5 months ago)I put in a ticket online for someone to clear my sewer line after my failed attempt. Original tech showed up promptly, was done in 20 minutes and was professional, he mentioned inspection was included in the cost and they would reach out to schedule. After a couple days it began to backup again. I put in a ticket for the inspection and they came out and took video showing an issue in the line. I received an excavation proposal and was told to get with the city/MUD in case its on their side. Reaching out to the MUD, they asked for the video to see if it was under warranty from work done a few years prior. After reaching back out to the inspector I was informed the video was not available and they only provided them after their work for warranty purposes. The technicians were professional, timely and knowledgeable but them not contact me for the inspection and their company policy about using video only to cover their work loses them 2 stars and most likely the excavation and repair if required.By Neal Bostick (8 months ago)Had a pipe leak. Made an appointment for the next bsiness day with the customer rep. Stayed home from work only to be stood up and plumber never came. Lost money from my pay and still had leaky pipes while no one showed up. They called the next day asking if I still wanted a plumber. No apologies. I couldn’t trust them to lose money again. SAFETY should be your first priority. I would not let you in my home in fear that your work would be as reckless as your driving. 2 days in a row your vans almost cause a wreck in front of me. On 8/30 at 3:20pm one of your techs cut everyone off to make an exit from the straight only lane and crossed over the double white line to do it at the last second. Drivers like that are the reason for the correct lane to be backed up. Wait like the rest of us. Then the very next morning 8/31 at 7:28am your van enters i45n cutting across 3 lanes making all of us have to hit our brakes. Leave earlier so you dont have to rush and risk your communities lives. Its very shameful that you boast being woman owned and your techs drive like a woman too. We’re supposed to go against the stereotype. “Yes we can” but lets try “yes we can drive”. Find who was driving these vans at these times and locations and have a safety lessons course, because theyre representing you very poorly.
Great experience using Village Plumbing. Same day service, great price and a knowledgeable, courteous plumber(Brandon). The scheduler was friendly, phoned to tell me plumber was on his way and texted picture of plumber along with tracker app so I could follow his progress to my destination. The plumber even wore booties in house and cleaned up after himself! I would definitely use their services again.
The technician, Kendrick Rollins called my phone about 45 minutes before the appointment to tell me he was on the way.
He arrived well within the appointment window and went straight to work.
He inspected the shower which needed repair because the faucets leaked, got his tools and began disassembling the valves and found they were frozen.
When he finally was able to extract them, he found that he didn’t have replacement stems on his truck so he left and drove to a plumbing supply to secure replacements.
Upon returning successfully, he installed the valves, checked the system for leaks and asked me to check it out to insure I was satisfied with the job.
Actually, I was delighted and felt he had done a great job.
We had also agreed it was time to flush my water heated and he completed that job quickly and efficiently.
Kendrick was professional, and displayed a great work ethic throughout the job. He was friendly and respectful of our home.
I am very pleased with the way he worked and the way he represented your company. The job was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner
Kendrick did an over-the-top job.
I would recommend Village Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber.
Thank You
Charles Sellman
I had a leaky bath faucet for a few months and hesitated to call any plumber. But, I finally made the move and chose to call Village Plumbing after reading all the great reviews and their website. I’m happy to report that they lived up to the reviews! The ladies who handled my intake as well as the dispatch desk who confirmed my appointment (Karen/Sheila) were friendly and professional and were eager to answer any questions. Their system will keep you well updated on your appointment and tech by email and text but they are also easily reached by phone, too.
The licensed plumber (Dondi S) was on time, friendly, open to answering questions, and explained the various options as well as pricing in a clear way. He and I got along great and he provided a wealth of knowledge for me at no extra charge! And, it made me realize that I should have called them sooner.
Not only did my issue get fixed but I’m now quite open to their other offerings due to their upfront, friendly, professional way of doing things. Seriously, call them for your plumbing and AC needs!
This was our first time using the plumbing services from Village Plumbing. We had issues with bathroom faucets and toilet water filling. They were able to schedule a same-day appointment. There was great communication from the repairman about the underlying issues and potential solutions. Once I chose what I wanted, he was able to pick up new parts and install same-day. Very pleased with the final results – works and looks great.
