  1. Zoom Drain was AWESOME! Rodger, my technician, was so great! He came out initially to do a free inspection and offer a free quote. He spent a lot of time with me trying to diagnose properly and re-create the drain backing up issue. We identified that my drains were full of FOG (Fat, Oil, and Grease), a peanut butter like substance. Roto Rooter came weeks earlier to snake the drain, and made no difference. Rodger, with Zoom Drain, suggested that we hydroblast the drain to blast through and remove that peanut butter like substance all together. Not only that, another one of our drains, the main line, had a root interference from trees. He showed me the FOG and the roots with a camera that he inserted into the drains before blasting them. Now my drains are running clear! Finally! What a great service, and what a great technician! I’m so grateful for Roger. We felt so comfortable with him. He was on time, professional, friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure, our trains were taken care of correctly. We’ll definitely use them again!

  5. I contacted zoom drain for a second quote on adding a second clean out. They were able to advise a price range over the phone and was able to send a tech out within the hour once we decided to have our pipes flushed. Our plumber, Roger was very fast and knowledgeable and professional! I will definitely be using zoom drain for any future plumbing issues.

    Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of Orange County was extremely helpful when we urgently needed a new water heater. Our water heater burst and the garage was flooding, but Bluefrog was able to immediately tend to our needs and fix the issue. The entire problem was solved in a matter of hours.     Fred and Angel deserve ten stars for coming out and locating a leak in our main water line from the meter at the curb. They had to dig out 35 feet of dirt to a depth of 18 inches to make room for the new main line. There were several delays from Golden State Water when we needed the water turned off or on and Fred was available by cell phone when they finally arrived on the first day. While we were waiting for the water company Fred was able to diagnose and go pick up parts to repair two of our toilets. The second day we watched as Fred and Angel dug the trench and relocated our main water line with copper. These two guys didn’t even stop for lunch!     I highly recommend Patriot Plumbing and Rooter. Angel was amazing! He was super responsive and went above and beyond answering all of my questions. He came right away when we contacted the company. He even took the time to address my other plumbing issue. Angel did not rush and took his time explaining what the issues were.
