  1. So my HVAC system was old and outdated in my rental property and it eventually went out. I shopped around with several local companies in Temecula. I found We Care and decided to have them come out for a quote. Grant came out as the sales rep for the company. He was knowledgeable and was not very pushy. He respected my tenants privacy and had no issues talking to me out on my front lawn while I was dealing with my one year old I brought along. He was very patient and respectful. The price was slightly higher, but I appreciated the service I received compared to another local company I had come out. There was a delay in the install date but the company was able to bring out portable heat and air the same day. On the day of the install Eric and his partner (can’t recall his name) we’re very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process as to what they will be doing and how long it would take. The company did a great job from start to finish. I’m hoping to count on them for the continued maintenance of my system. Job well done by all!

  2. I had We Care come out 5.5 years and install a new A/C and heater. They’ve been an amazing company and do care about their customers. I’ve referred several people and they’re all happy as well. After my latest experience, I think We Care is probably the best company in the region, or even the best in the country. Thanks We Care for all you’ve done for us.

  3. Since I know most working folks are doing their best day in and day out, I don’t post negative reviews. However, I know how hard it can be to find honest help. So, I’m posting this review for the benefit of other consumers as well.

    My furnace blower stopped working last winter and I decided to call We Care mainly due to their online ratings. We Care sent a tech and after looking up in our attic and running some tests the tech told us that our furnace had some cracks and that there was no way to fix it. I thanked the tech for coming and told him that I would contact We care and two other companies for replacement estimates – I received three estimates and I told these companies that I decided to wait, save some money and replace the furnace at a later date. What I didn’t realize at the time was the tech had dismantled the furnace, disconnected the AC, and failed to put it back as it was.

    Fast forward to summertime – I realized my ac/thermostat display was not working. So, I called the “we care team” on Friday to help me determine if the work they had done on my furnace last winter impacted my AC/thermostat. Dispatch did not know and was not able to connect me to a tech without a fee therefore I asked to speak with a manager. I was told on Friday the manager was busy but he would call me back later that day – but never did.

    I then called a local company to come and check it out – the tech came out to troubleshoot my AC/Thermostat and found my furnace dismantled and completely disconnected – He was baffled to learn that a professional tech would dismantle a furnace, fail to put it back together and leave all parts laying around in the attic!

    Finally, I called We Care this morning and asked why they would dismantle my furnace and not put it back together. Dispatch was not able to provide a reason. Again, I asked to speak with a manager and was told they had no managers available on the weekend. I then requested we care to send a tech at the soonest to put my furnace and all connections back as they were – so, that a tech can properly troubleshoot my AC/Thermostat and I can use my AC in this blistering heat. The soonest they can send a tech out is Monday afternoon and so I’ll edit and finalize the review after their visit.

    Confidence restored – just a quick update. Got a call from We Care Team’s VP of Operation yesterday — who took the time to hear me out and in the end made things right. My AC is up and running again…thanks to Juan – which by the way was super helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. I would give the We Care Team a second chance based my interactions with the VP of Operations, Juan and their willingness to come back out to my house and make things right…..Now, I pray my AC works through at least this summer and next. 😊

  4. 6/30/2022…..Both my home AC units stopped working this morning. After calling my usual AC company and told they couldn’t get out to me for 2 weeks I did a Google search to find a company that could help me sooner. I had already checked the circuit breakers and had replaced the fuses but one of my units still would not come on. I called We Care and they were able to come out the same day within a few hours of my call. Michael arrived and he was very professional, friendly and clean. Of course when we tried turning on the unit while he was here it came on and started working. I asked him to go ahead and check the unit since he was here and that since it’s an old unit I felt better if he would check it out and he found a potential problem and replaced the part. At no time did I feel it was a hard sell and something that I must do and he did not try to sell services or equipment that I did not ask for or need. I found the experience completely worthwhile and I would recommend this company completely. I’m thankful they were able to come out on short notice on a very hot day.

  5. Tim Naas from We Care came to my home to provide an estimate for my AC system. He went up to look at my attic for the heater and he dropped my attic access cover. It damaged my drywall on its way down then broke in 2 pieces. He apologized and promised to replace it right away. Well… it’s been over a week and 4 phone calls to him and WeCare. No one has called me back. They are trying to sell me $17646 system and this is how they want to do business? Break my attic cover then just ignore me? Unprofessional, no integrity, and absolutely no responsibility. Still waiting on someone from WeCare to take some responsibility for the damage.

    I called Big B’s Plumbing because I the hot water would not turn off in our master bathroom. I tried to turn the valve off under the sink and it broke off, so I had to shut off the main water to the house. It was noticeable the valves were original to the home. When I called, the rep stated that I would be informed about the service tech and their experience along with services offered “On The Spot”. I was on a bit of a time crunch because we had other meetings scheduled and they were very flexible to our timing needs. I was called and emailed 15 min before the tech arrived. When Randy and Juan arrived, they went straight to work and even offered some suggestions and upgrades so this issue could be resolved. We gladly took recommendations. Randy and Juan did a great job installing new “Plumber Grade” valves and MOEN faucets for both sinks in our master, Randy even fixed our shower valve because he noticed the issue it had. I high recommend Big B’s Plumbing not only due to their professionalism, but also their ability to be flexible and well priced for an emergency call! Great job! V.Miranda

    Found them on Google and they had good quality reviews. Made the call and set up the appointment for same day. Dispatch called me a few hours later to confirm our appointment and let me know that the technician Mathew was on the way. This was supposed to be an easy job once Mathew arrived. But it turned out to be so much more than that. Without hesitation or a sour look on his face, he dove deep into his van and brought out all the tools necessary to unclog a drain in my brand new home that I purchased less than four months ago. Any concern I had about tearing apart my new bathroom he put at ease. He went above and beyond what is expected from a technician to perform the work he did. I am also in the service industry and would be more than elated to have a technician like Mathew on my team. It’s unfortunate for me that he is happy at his profession and his current work state and wouldn’t entertain the thought of jumping ship. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and he’s a great asset to the company and mirrors the professional image. Would recommend. 5 stars for Mathew

    Made an appointment with a different company and the person never show up, no call back or anything. So once I seen this company vehicle in the Area I gave them a call, few minutes later Plumber Eliah show up and He provided amazing customer service. Very professional service and quality work. The price reflects the quality work and the peace and mind that they will provide professional, incredible, magnificent onomatopoeia work. They made me believe once again that unicorn are out there, so let me save you time and tell you, call this unicorn company because my only complaint is that I didn’t call them earlier.

    We had an emergency water heater replacement service. Our very old water heater was leaking and flooding the garage. Ryan W. came out and stopped the leak then gave me options for replacement. He was very knowledgeable, detailed and professional in his presentation. He came out the very next day to install the new tankless water heater and worked until it was completed. He also walked me through the process for receiving a large rebate on the water heater. I’m grateful for his speedy and professional work ethic and how courteous he was.     I am more than impressed with this company. They came highly recommended and I understand why now. After being canceled on by multiple other company’s and being without water for a few days I gave R&R a call. Within less than an hour Mike arrived to save the day. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to find my water leak and repair it quickly. I feel like he went above and beyond to help me in a very stressful situation.     Had a bad experience with another company that my home warranty company was trying to have us use so I did not feel comfortable moving forward with them. I found this company shortly after and it was the complete opposite experience. They got back to me right away. Sent someone out the same day to give me a quote. Was able to schedule the service at my earliest convenience. Our plumber, David was extremely helpful and worked efficiently to get the work done. I really appreciate the service.     Had an appointment for Tuesday to repair my washer faucets and to my beautiful surprise.
