  3. I’ve dealt with Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing issues this year (and I’ve had a few). They are always quick and responsive- they are up front about costs and what they include. Their staff is always pleasant and understanding. I worked with Harry this time and he went our of his way to do everything in his power to help me and was so nice!

  4. Probably not the cheapest service you can get, but worth the money. Only plumber who answered the phone when I had something of an emergency issue, (they have a 24 hour service). They were on time, very professional, up front about the costs, no surprises, very quick, (they don’t milk the project and run up the hourly charge like some less reputable firms might). They even helped mitigate the repair work to our ceiling by shaping the hole so it would be easiest to fix before leaving our home as they found it otherwise and disposing of any debris. Our plumber even advised on how to report to our insurance company. Way above and beyond all around, so do yourself a favor pay a little more up front to ultimately pay way less down the road.

  5. Ron was personable, professional, & very competent. He worked quickly & efficiently to solve the issues. He arrived on time, was wearing a mask without my having to request this, & overall was very considerate of being in my home. RotoRooter is lucky to have him- great job!

    Jonah called very soon after I left my name with the service. He indicated he could call as soon as they were on their way, and he did within an hour. Very courteous and professional, Jonah and John cleared three drains and took care to go back and make sure they were all cleared thoroughly before they were done. The price was very fair for all the work they did. I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises, and I will happily recommend them to friends and family!

    Without question, I highly recommend Garry and Bill to meet any of your drainage needs. Professional and courteous service at a very competitive price point. I called with a significant problem and the dispatcher gave Bill my number and he called promptly and showed up when he said he would (and even called when on the way to the project). The problem required special equipment and both Garry and Bill worked together to come to a resolution for me. The 5 star rating is just that! My only regret is that there aren’t more stars to give !!

    So I had Mike with Proline do some plumbing work for me last year. They did an awesome job very quickly and professionally. We discovered a leak in the downstairs shower the other day, so I reached out again. Mike quickly called me back and listened to my issue. He asked if I could send him a picture of the leak, and when I did, he informed me that it was a simple loose shower arm that I was able to tighten myself. Wow, what awesome service. I highly recommend and respect Proline, and they have definitely earned my trust.

    I’ve used Proline a ton of times over the years and always praise them! Today, I came home to water leaking in my basement from my furnace and called up Mike. He called me back in under 10 minutes and had someone there to fix everything in under 30 minutes! Mind blown!     Just had our heating system fixed with this company, and it was our first time using them. It’s a high efficiency triangular tube gas boiler about 6 years old, and it recently started to act up. Being it can get a bit tricky, we were very grateful to find this company. Mike, the owner, was very helpful and knew how to approach our situation, explaining every step. Mike was also very responsive and communicative, which helps so much when you run into not having heat! Carlos came out to the house to diagnose and repair, and he really knows his craft. Carlos knew just what to fix, and explained the situation. The honesty, quality, punctuality, and responsiveness were all excellent. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

    We had an issue with our water heater. We called and spoke with Mike who had his guys out here within 15 minutes. Turns out we needed a new water heater. They came back and installed the water heater and also helped us hook up a new gas stove. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Proline. We were a first time customer and they treated us as though we’ve been doing business with them for years. They went above and beyond to help us out and I am so appreciative of that. The level of respect, professionalism and honesty not only from the owner Mike but also from his guys that came out (I don’t know their names) is amazing.
