  1. Enjoyed most of the visit. Staff was courteous service was good. Only thing that killed it was l ordered herb and garlic pastry to take home. When l bit into it was the jalapeño pastry. Do not appreciate my mouth or stomach burning. Please have staff double check orders.

  2. They couldn’t even get a simple order correct, two medium coffee and two cheese croissants. Got two coffees that tasted like dark used dishwater, stood there waiting for the rest, had to ask 2 people before they went and looked up my order. This is the reason why I don’t go to Tim Hortons.

  3. Did you know if you don’t have a cell phone to utilize a Tim App …your unable to Roll up your Rim to Win. If you don’t have an email address…than you cannot realize free coffee etc. with your accumulated reward points.
    I imagine that targets many seniors that are on limited income. Should Tim Horton correct this issue?? Let them know if you agree. Thankyou.

  4. I go to this Tim Hortons occasionally for years. The service declined drastically. Today I ordered a bagel, toasted, with cream cheese and a medium coffee with double cream. I got a bagel that wasn’t toasted with a very small amount of cream cheese. ( there is usually more cream cheese in bagels at other Tim Hortons locations). My coffee with double cream was very sweet. I went back to ask, if they had put sugar in it, as I ordered with no sugar. They argued with me, that they didn’t put sugar in, but finally said, well, we can give you another one….No apology! They made me feel like I was the one in the wrong….

  5. Terrible service. Had to repeat my order 4 times to the cashier and they still got my order completely wrong.Gave me one ice capp instead of 2, gave me the wrong sandwiches. Then while waiting for them to fix their mistakes I watched them argue with another customer about how her order being wrong was her fault not theirs.
    Customer service means nothing to Tim Hortons in stratford at this point and it is disappointing.

    Staff and Dining area was nothing short of phenomenal. Excellent service and care from the Manager on shift (Gingy). Gingy met all my needs and expectations, was able to accommodate the humidity of my coffee and softness to crust ratio of my bagel. For a beast master hunter i was nothing short of impressed. His smile, attitude and flowing red hair reminded me why i no longer use grinder. Recommend him for 25 man raids and a 18 cent raise. I would like to see free frozen orbs with every purchase of 2 coffees or more.

    Drive through was lined up, so I walked in to order. Took 5 minutes to get the order and 15 minutes to get the food. My wife waited in the car and said that the drive through emptied out twice in the time I was in the store. Big mistake that fast food restaurants make… Put all the staff on the drive through and no one taking care of the people who took the time to get out of the car and walk in….

    Waited 15 minutes but finally had to ask why my heated up croissant was taking so long. Then to find out it had been sitting in the microwave all that time so when they gave it to me it was no longer warm

    I have been going to tims on ontario street as a regular customer for over 2 years i can honestly say i have never been so disgusted and talked to so rudely by staff in my life. I couldnt even get my order because i didn’t even want it anymore. I wanted to put in a large order for my work couldnt even do that i will never go back to this tim hortons again absolute worst tim hortons and staff

    If I could give this place negitve stars I would ! Me and my friend had placed a mobile order wich wasn’t ready when we got there about ten minutes later after waiting we were told that they were out of plain and everything bagels ! Eventually when we seen that the baker on shift had some everything bagels ready and was about to put them out we had asked the guy doing mobile order of we could just have those now that there ready as we would prefer them as it’s what we had ordered he refused and said no because they had just finished making the other ones ! Very very disappointed and the bagels we were given were satisfactory

    I go to school at northwestern. We have a 50 minute lunch break, so my friends and I went to this Tim’s for lunch. We had about 40 minutes left when we ordered. We waited 30 for our small food order, and the food was horrid. My sausage English muffin had a pink spot in the egg, and the meat tasted off. My friend’s chicken wrap was undercooked, and looked disgusting. Wasted my money and didn’t have time to go back. Very disappointed.

    The staff work very hard to provide service. These days the ability to hire to have minimal staff to provide all the variety of food request is not possible to provide it in a timely manner. The best thing that they did was to close drive thru and walk in service only. The future suggestion from me is set up one cashier for Coffee and cold drinks only. The other cashier for food. Consider reducing said food items and make it simpler with more grab and go. Apps would be very helpful for these groups of people that can pre order and pick up…maybe have 2 people doing food orders rather it resting on one person. Burn out is clearly a big problem with the complexity of all food and drink order let alone what customers want to change and customize to their specific order request and idiosyncrasies. Setup heat station to keep food warm. Pet peeve….charging for double cuping I find very insulting as the sleeve replacement does not protect me against being burnt by the heat emmited from the coffee(especially. black coffee orders or Tea orders…as the rest of the cup leaves me unprotected/ the other issue with the large and extra large cups of coffee or tea is the easily collapse if you hold your coffee cup too tight. Just retrieving my coffee while driving …out of my vehicle’s cup holder that senerio happened that the cup walls collapsed with coffee everywhere including Hot coffee on me!!! Not Good!! Last peeve…why is it that staff are trained to carefully take out donut and muffins with a piece of wax paper … avoiding touching or coming in contact with the donuts/muffins with their bare hands. While at the prep station Glazing and icing sugar is added and removed with their bare hands as the tools and techniques prevent the job being achieved in a timely manner. Why can’t disposable gloves be used to simple be more health conscious especially. in a time when covid is still around and Flu season is just around the corner!!
