    They charge for cup of lemonade
    But give only half cup of lemonade i shared the photograph with this

  3. Customers were missing parts of their orders and wait times were about 15-20 minutes for a ham and cheese melt, potato wedges, 2 herb and garlic pastries and 2 bottles of water. Management needs to train their staff in time efficiency. Won’t be coming back.

  4. Disappointed… I know it’s the end of the night but ask for 3 different products and none were available… Settled on others and they missed placing one of the drinks in the order.

  5. They constantly get my order wrong, but always fix it asap. Their drive threw lane can get a bit scary in the winter with the deep ruts of snow and ice. It’s tim hortans though what do you expect. Just a quick coffee shot for on the go caffeine.

    This particular location does the worst job of getting orders correct. In the past 4 years, I honestly can’t count the number of items that have were incorrect or just plain missing. Often numerous items in the same order will be incorrect. I have worked at a Tim Hortons before, and understand how rough it can be during busy hours. With this understanding, I would usually just take it back and have them fix it when it was possible. One time I finally became fed up and called the manager. She sounded like she couldn’t care less, but did offer a credit to replace my meal. The meal I ordered with the credit was also served to me with multiple mistakes. The manager also made many excuses for how they had been dealing with a large turnover rate. While I do see how that could impact the service to a degree, 4 years with that many mistakes tends to make me think the person doing the hiring is an incompetent leader. I will say that there are a few staff that are friendly, and make ordering there when I am short on time somewhat bearable. They always give my dog a timbit, say hi to my kids and have a friendly tone and smile with the service they provide. Overall I am far more likely to go to the south hill location or Starbucks for my caffeine needs.

    Stopped here for a bio break and a coffee. I don’t particularly like their coffee but I’m in the minority on this. Fast service and a busy place

    The one lady who works the drive through moat mornings is an absolute joy to see. I always look forward to her smile and her cheerful demeanor. I have also noticed a drop in the amount of mistakes made ony orders in the past couple of months.

    Terrible service. Their management either can’t schedule properly, or their employees are just lazy. After a 12 minute wait at the front of the till they finally decided to serve their dine in customers. I’m almost certain it was because a group of 4 people with the same shade of skin joined the line. 2 employees who were on break during my visit sat staring at the lineup, talked to their group in Punjab, and proceeded to laugh at the customers. Shame

    They will ignore a drive thru line and make you wait while they take multiple orders through the other even though you are trying to get their attention, they will then act rude almost like its your fault they werent taking orders from the other lane. Those working drive through should be fired or moved to a different position

    Bought an Ice cap, and a apple fridder, the ice cap was why to sweet, and the fridder for some reason shrunk but cost a little more.
