  2. I find everyone to be very friendly any time I go in or through the drive-thru! If there is a mistake made they never have a problem fixing it! So happy to have such a friendly Tim’s so close to me.

  4. This might be the best location for tim hortons since they have one of the most welcoming seating areas. In the morning til around 5pm you can expect to see many people just enjoying the ambience. There are lots of people here who will sit there from 8am to 4pm just doing nothing.

    With the exception of a single kind and competent cashier, this location is absolutely the worst franchise I’ve ever seen. Slow service (routinely 6-7 employees on drive-thru and 0 on the front cash), uncomfortable atmosphere (due to a Manager who stands over their employees shoulders scolding and shouting at them to go faster), frequent errors when assembling orders, and now prices that continue to rise up and up. I’m going without lunch this afternoon because they were unable to provide what I purchased after taking my money and making me wait. I’ve put up with everything mentioned above from this location nearly every working day for over a year hoping things would get better, but I’m done. I will not be back.

    What’s the point of being open 24/7 when you can’t serve hot food such as wraps etc. and the bagels you have to offer are limited? Terrible service… horrendous.. disgusted by this service. You guys should close after 10pm if you can’t serve food. False advertising at its absolute best.

    I came in this morning for a coffee, a box of timbits, and a bagel belt. My order was punched in wrong, they put a bacon breakfast sandwich instead of a belt, which isn’t a big deal. But the woman working middle making the food was absolutely horrible. She yelled at people for their orders and when I asked for my BELT she yelled at me that that’s not what I ordered. She then threw lettuce and tomatoes into a separate sandwich wrap and tossed it down on the counter. I shouldn’t have to be verbally abused and then given separate ingredients to make my own breakfast sandwich. If you’re going to this location, go through the drive thru, they’ll yell at you a lot less. Everyone else was lovely at this location, but I didn’t sign up to get yelled at at 8:30 in the morning.

    Sometimes really slow.. but your one staff member, I believe a younger gentleman/individual, who typically answers the intercom (today at 2:00pm longer hair) is so friendly, I appreciate that. Their so kind and deserve recognition because it’s a hard job and a busy location. Also, the boy and the glasses was pretty nice too at the window!

    Worst experience i will never order anything in future specifically this location. I ordered 2 steam Tea, they gave me Coffee. I called the staff and I drove back to change and I ordered 20 Tim bits also. Chocolate Tim bits so bad got the smell also. All I threw in garbage. Never recommended to anyone for this place.

    I went in the restaurant for take out. There was no wait and it was really clean inside. The staff members were friendly and quick. My two breakfast orders were accurate, the food was good and they had hockey cards in stock too.

    Usually I don’t order much but I’ve noticed that my order is always getting messed up I asked for a spicy chicken habanero wrap and everything bagel with creams chese and I get a cheddar jalapeño bagel Not that it’s that bad but it’s constantly happening and by the time I’m in the car out of the long line up I don’t even wanna bother going back to ask for it because it’s too time consuming. And I feel as if I’ve wasted my money.

    I asked them to give me another bag for my sandwiches and the store front employee couldn’t hear my voice, so I picked up my volume and then she got pissed…. I remember when I worked at Tim’s we would at least have some patience. On the plus side, farmer’s wrap still tastes good.

    I have never experienced good customer service at a Tim Hortons, so I did not expect much coming in. However, this location in Clairfields was memorable in that I had an especially poor time. The cashier at the front had a negative attitude and was very disrespectful to its customers. The order I received was wrong. The tables were dirty and there were flies crawling all over the place. Overall I would suggest people try many of the other establishments in the plaza rather than have a bad experience over here.
