  1. I understand the “fast” in fast food. However when did hitting drive thru times become more important then delivering quality products Tim Hortons promises?! 2 bagels not even remotely toasted and a breakfast sandwich the same. More like thrown in the microwave for 15 seconds. Come on!! Also your staff need to be always wearing their masks properly. Which is over their noses, not just their mouths!

  2. The employees are overworked and underpaid. The owner of this establishment is making a hundred and seventy dollars off each employee per hour. Tim Hortons has gone downhill. I seen the person making my coffee go through the motions of putting the cream in the coffee from the dispensary. When I got my coffee it was black. Because the person didn’t have time to change the cream bag in the machine. Overworked underpaid. There always getting my order wrong that’s why I have stopped going to tim Hortons

    I had a coffee and donut here. Both were great. I decided to sit in the dining area and I was a bit dissapointed. It was ice cold and I am sure the heat was not turn purposefully. The tables were not clean and clear of previous patrons trash. The floors were not swept and food bits were everywhere.

    This is terrible customer service; stop plowing the snow into the accessible parking spot. This was a large chunk of snow covered ice. Couldn’t park in the spot without being out into the driving area. Did not want to go through the drive-thru because I was meeting with someone.

    Scanner not working at counter, wouldn’t do anything to honor my promotion. Red head making food was rude as heck to coworkers and customers. Drive thru line up out to bayfield. Just chaos walking in this morning

    Always the biggest lines ups at this timmies, they should have stuck to the powdered eggs as well. The fresh eggs taste like they’ve been cooked in a microwave and its nothing but eggshell ever since. Almost every bite of my breakfast sandwich had eggshell in it, this was the biggest piece.

    Firstly, I would like to say. this review is no depiction of my views of the staff at this location. As majority of the time they are great are service is beautiful, however, my issue lies in the absence of an operating espresso machine. i understand things happen, however, 2 months????? Is no one going to fix this catastrophe? As a company like Tim Hortons this is unacceptable.

    Good service, have been going there for 3 years. sometimes fast sometimes slow. but they got my sandwich wrong and seeing they were busy I agreed to go in to get the sandwich and the doors were locked? They seen me and knew who i was from the drive thru but did not open the door… Tim Horton’s site sates walk-in and Drive thru?? so had to get back in line and I was late for work.

    I have been here drive thru multiple times, the staff is very rude and not cooperative at all. Every time I asked them every bagel with white cheese but they always put cheddar on their own. Today I specifically told that I don’t want cheddar cheese, and the lady lied to me saying its with regular processed cheese and again sold cheddar cheese. They have ruined my multiple breakfast. I don’t complain for small things but today they lied and ruined my day. Thanks guys keep it up and all the best for your business. Bbye

    8 staff in the store front but nobody want to take the customer upfront and 3-4 cars on drive. But the staff doesn’t care. I used to work in tim hortons but this is not way I did. Worst customer experience. This happened twice with me. But Food was good.

    They should start parking cars ahead at early morning for big orders, there are 4 cars waiting in drive thru for 5-7 minutes at 6:50 morning(most people are in hurry that is why they use drive thru) because of just one car ahead and taking too long, drive thru should be fast, i just left from the lane bcz it was taking so long and was running late because of not proper organization of drive thru. Please parked people with big orders at the front of tim parking, that is why tim has that parking. PLUS a month before they had good customer service but now the customer service is awful no greeting at all. There are 2-3 guys who have too much attitude and not greet at all just always talking to their co-worker girls other than making orders for customers.
