I’ve never been to a Tim’s where everyone really knows what they’re doing. You can hear them communicate with each other on orders. When the cashier was making my coffee another one took over their cash to not let other customers wait! I’ve never seen a tims do this. It’s like they actually cared about customers. The drive through looked like a long wait so I went inside to save some gas. And they really are a team. So great job today! Very friendly staff to some American out of towners like us. Even helped us out in English. The donuts were good but not great. More bread like than dough like. But ironically I really liked the Maple Boston cream donut. Very good. It’s a Canadian classic, so you have to stop by.
They don’t always have soup, but they always have a smile! Plus, they do the best whipped cream iced caps in sherbrooke. They look like ART
I went to 3 Tim’s in the space of a week, not 1 failed to get done part of a sandeichcsnd coffee order WRONG. Do not recommend.
Showed up at the drive-thru before closing. Waited at the mic. No answer. No way out of line.
When I finally drive up to the window (10 minutes later when the line was only mostly gone) they told me they were closed.
Fully admitting to closing early and refusing service not only to myself, but the last few cars in front of me left empty-handed as well.
Not impressed with the service here at all. Picking and choosing which of their customers to serve (as there were still people being served inside) and telling everyone else to leave because they were already closed.
Edit: Disappointed that I’d already left a review, but since moving closer to here, I’ve received nothing but hot water, every single time I’ve been by. It’s too bad there are no other Tims between my place and most places I ever visit because I really wouldn’t return here otherwise.
