What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I strongly believe that employees should receive training on etiquette and customer service. And I believe that the employee at the cashier both receiving money and preparing the service will cause very dangerous health problems in terms of public health. If the company has a head office, I would like to ask them to find solutions to these problems.

  2. Good food good place.
The maple sandwich and bagel is very good☺️
But there’s a Bad clerk Name Kaohika
    Don’t have patience to foreigner!

  3. I went to this particular Tim Hortons after my exams. It was really spacious, and the orders were taken pretty fast as there was no queue. There is a separate bar for Sandwiches and Wraps, the guy who did it was really fast and friendly. I hard ordered the Roasted Beef Sandwich, and French Vanilla the former was good, but the coffee wasn’t that great. The place had a good interior and it was calm.
    Definitely would come again.

  4. I just got a coffee, and they gave me a watered-down coffee. Like, they actually added water to my coffee… it literally tastes like water and cream, with a splash of water… unfortunately, I left the area before I noticed this…

This is absolutely unacceptable, but it’s not surprising. The portion sizes at Tim Hortons continue to get smaller as the prices get higher… but the fact that they gave me watered-down coffee, is ridiculous and unacceptable. Unacceptable.

  5. Of course the coffee and food is always good, but if I could give this location a zero I would. There is zero care for appearance, a total embarrassment for the Tim’s brand that beautifully sponsors part of the Hockey Hall of Fame just a few steps away. The place requires serious maintenance and the washrooms are not worthy of any restaurant. The washrooms are broken and grossly disgusting. I would stay away from this location.

I may be biased towards this place because I deeply want Tim Horton’s to do well. It’s a Canadian brand that’s more than a business for Canadians. It’s part of the cultural identity. So, it would be sad to see trendy hipster coffee shops replace this affordable staple. This is of course their test kitchen. They have experimental items on the menu that you will not find at other Tim Hortons’. I can confidently say that they’ve got some winners here. Their Prosciutto arugula English muffin was good, and most of their new flavours of donuts were also good. The overall quality of everything here is better, including the service and the decor. If this is what the future holds for Tim Hortons then we need not worry. It’s not going anywhere.

I went there morning around 10 am, the wait time was too long! Almost about 15/20mins. However, stuffs were working the whole time. Not recommended during office start, end or lunch hours.

I used to go to Timmy’s everyday for years and years and years!!!! Even worked at a couple. When it was sold a few years back the coffee changed and I couldn’t drink it it was too acidic. So I continued to go there but get dark roast. Sometimes they top my dark roast with regular and I can tell because it’ll give me acid reflux. Super horrible to work with hairdressing. I found since the quality of everything has gone waaaayy down. I still go there daily for my dark roast at 5 am. Well not after this points change!!! Go from buy 7 coffees get a free one to 20???!!!!!! Disgusting! I’m definitely boycotting and will tell my clients and friends why.

Love this place. Very different than any other Timhotons. Unique donuts and drinks. Nice ambiance and ordering kiosks. This place is better than Starbucks. We had to try a half a dozen of their donuts.

First, I want to say that overall, I generally enjoy the service at this location, but to emphasize the dissatisfaction of my recent visit, I am giving a low rating so that my concerns do not go unnoticed. You can check my profile and see the types of reviews I leave restaurants. I love giving praise where its due, and am by no means a Karen, and I also think it’s fair to call out poor performance as well and this just happens to be one of them. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and have been a customer of this Tim Horton’s location for about the same time. I’ve never had problems here before, in fact, I’ve made friends at this location, but tonight, I was blown away with the poor quality of customer service from 2 employees, who claim their names are “Riya Patel”, and “Komyon Gret” respectively. Please improve customer service training for the staff at the front serving customers. It should be their job to prioritize being OF SERVICE, and de-escalating situations rather than aggravating them. An employee calling herself “Riya” greeted me with hostility and instead of helping me with my request, blamed me for not knowing the correct terminology of an app feature. She also interrupted me whenever I spoke, not giving me a chance to speak in full, and refused to share her name by keeping her name tag flipped and claiming she “doesn’t know her name”. And although I was a paying customer that communicated calmly, practiced active-listening, never raised my voice, called her names, or affected her ability to work during my visit, she accused me of harassing her and called the police on me! At one point while the acting supervisor was asking me to explain what happened, Riya kept interrupting and when I asked her to wait for me to finish, and to lower her voice, she told me she had a childhood problem, which prevents her from lowering her voice? Seriously? Who hired these people?! Another employee named “Komyon Gret” flat out ignored me when I asked to speak with her in private on the side regarding Riya’s behaviour. I asked 3 times, all of which were ignored then 5 minutes later she was serving other customers, even though I had already paid and was equally worth serving. I am extremely displeased with the service received from both employees. I do want to highlight another employee who claims to be the acting supervisor named “Princess Navarro”. Princess listened unbiased, apologized on behalf of the above mentioned employees and provided me with all of their names. This is the standard I am used to and expect from any employee, not just supervisors. I commend Princess for her customer service and de-escalation ability.

They delivered chicken cilantro like bowl instead of veggie cilantro lime bowl.. And when we ask for refund they keep ignoring for 2 months… Worst Customer service i have ever seen.

Really bad customer service. Manager was so rude and even crew members. They never give tissue. Accidentally spilled the drink because there was so crowd, rather than being nice they were like clean it and pay for another drink if we want to switch. Asked for manager she is like better to wait she can’t talk! Soo rude, not recommended.
