2 months agoOne of the old shopping cart-fetching white guys was rudely sarcastic to me when I asked him if I could use the restroom quickly while he was cleaning the wonen’s. Had to use the uncleaned men’s after waiting 5-10 minutes. The surrounding stores were closed so I couldn’t go anywhere. On the other hand the short older lady, who’s always at self-checkout, is super nice. Love saying hey to her.3 months agoCustomer service desk is always closed. The lottery machine always freezes, so when you need help, your stuck, because no one is there to help. It’s infuriating to come into a store and not be able to leave. A customers time is also valuable.2 months agoSome construction under way there; Some good deals on Manager’s Special, by the main entrance. Picked up a non-stick cupcake pan for $2.405 months agoI’m a hero! Went to get sea salt creamer (a Kroger brand). It was a day of looking everywhere. Nobody but this store had it. I was going to grab the last three. Checked the expiration date: Jan 14, 2023. Today is March 18! Ewwwww! I brought all three to cashier to tell them. They seemed less than enthusiastic. You’re welcome for saving your life! CHECK THE EXPIRATION!a year agoUsually everything is in stock or has good substitutes. The employees are super friendly!

Very nice and clean store. They did not have the sodas I was looking for but they have many other products
New store arrangements look great. I think it will be very nice once complete. Lots of roaming looking for where they moved stuff..

This is a pretty good Kroger. They seems to have a good selection of products and had everything I was looking for at the time. I like that they have the larger self checkout kiosks with conveyor belts. It definitely makes self service with more items faster.
Had to take back a jar of tea that the inside paper seal had been opened. The girl in customer service looked soooooo bored. After shopping there were only 2 lanes open. All others converted to self-check. I always look at my receipt, saw the scanner had charged me twice for an item. Had to take it to customer service. Same person waiting on senior citizen like me. After 25, minutes he gave up trying to get an answer about the price difference. Not once did she offer to call the manager. After he gave up, there were 4 more people behind me and I c/s behind the counter. Twenty-five minutes! I will say the service in the deli was good. Didn’t have the tea I needed. Never have my husband’s cereal. We always have to go to other stores for Quaker cereals. I expect customer service so I will be changing to Publix.
Great store. This store is clean and well stocked. Lots of fresh produce. Nice selection of fresh cut flowers. The deli has plenty to choose from if you are looking for a pre-made lunch. The store is stocked. All the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a Starbuck if you need to grab a drink.
