6 months agoMy car was super dirty even after I ran it through another wash a week or so prior. I had a complimentary wash coupon to give it a try, and I love this place!! The wash did an excellent job! The vacuums are pretty good, though it seemed they could maybe use some unclogging. They still got my car in great shape! Will definitely be back to use them again or purchase one of their unlimited plans 😊5 months agoDoes a great job on washing your car. FYI talked to an employee, and the car wash is not equipped with a safety feature that stops if a car in front of you is having issues. The service is nice, they clean your car well, and you get free vacuuming with the purchase of a car wash. However, the vacuums do not have great suction, which is not ideal. Over all, a nice place to get your car cleaned.

They have so many locations that I can always find one close by to make sure my vehicles are on point!8 months agoGot the best wash they had. Good wash over all but for some reason the back glass of my wife’s jeep is still filthy. Like it didn’t even get wet. Visibility is essential when your family is at stake. Literally picked it up from the dealership yesterday and there are scrapes in the paint along my door, trunk, side door, and even my window. I will never use an automatic wash again. The asst. manager took pictures and then told me someone from Tuscan Arizona would call me in a few days. While he was telling me this a man walked up and gave me his card saying the exact same thing happened to him at this wash and they’ve never repaired it and to give him a call if I’m able to get through. Needless to say I’m livid. I’m expecting a FULL recovery of my vehicle or I’ll contact my employment lawyer.

BEWARE!!!! I went to this car wash to get my car cleaned, came out to my bumper being peeled back! They said because I had a HAIRLINE CRACK in my bumper that they wouldn’t cover it.!I’m BIG on customer service and it was horrible! I had to call 10 times to reach someone! If you want your car in one piece I would suggest not coming here!
Update : WOW, THEY ARE HORRIBLE! They didn’t want to offer ANYTHING and only put that response to fool people to think that they wanted to work with me. This business is trash! Don’t use this place if you value your vehicle!
Wash is excellent, entrance is tough. Multiple turnstiles/ vehicles fighting with pass holders and jockeying for position in a single file line. Other than that the wash is excellent and the vacuums are powerful.
It’s convenient, makes my car look beautiful! The workers are especially nice. Thank you for being there for all of us.
I had damage to my chrome on my vehicle. They did an insurance claim and two days later they called back and said that this was aftermarket chrome and therefore they are not responsible for the damage. I bought the truck with chrome already on it. how can they tell me that it was aftermarket. They can say what they want to but they will not help you in anyway not only did the wash it self was bad but the damage to my truck is well over $200 and they said there is nothing they can do about it, so BBB is going to hear about this. I do not recommend this car wash. I had damage to my chrome on my truck. Regardless, if it’s aftermarket chrome or not, it was still damage..
I only used the drive through part of the car wash, they had vacuums and they looked busy, the place was full of customers who had shiny cars and it’s definitely a really, really clean car wash. I wouldn’t worry about being robbed there! Haha
