2 weeks agoThe shop never has full selection of black leggings although they know that is the most popular. Very limited sizes and staff are going to tell you that shop in Utrecht is better2 months agoI think today we waited for about 45 minutes at the store just to try on a shoe. The shop seemed to get crowded and empty about 4 to 5 times until they finally brought our order. The service was very poor, and it was a really bad experience.3 weeks agoForgot his name, but this man in the picture who was working upstairs on Tuesday was the best employee in history! Give him a raise!a month agovery kind and professional, in this splendid city (it’s easy to spend a lot of money) the mono-brand stores intrigue and attract during purchases because they have all the sizes of all their models and I will definitely go back at the first opportunity5 months agoReally poor product and service..After one time use in rain, blue colors faded from the green part into the white fabric. See photo. How can this happen to new shoes after it being used a single time in rain.
When confronting Nike they suggested I send them back. This way I can wait 9 days for my money to return. And to buy new shoes they offer me a 15% discount (students get 10% on a standard basis), how poor. I bought these for 70 euro total since they were discounted. Now I can buy new Airmax for ~120 euro on average? How nice they give me 15% discount..
What a shame, DONT buy white Nikes.

a week agoThe store is fine, but the guard was not nice. We were trying shoes and he was rude saying: “you cannot try shoes here and not there and there (showing at other places in the store).” Since the trying on place was full we left and received a scream back:” yeah leave”.a month agothe store has no fitting rooms out of use, which is absolutely ridiculous since more than a half of the store’s clothes. i was told by the stuff that to try on the clothing i needed to buy everything i wanna try, go to the restrooms or another store and try it on there. and if it doesnt fit i can return it. this kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a store like this one.2 months agoWas one of the only clients here which is nice, however, the Fitting rooms were closed while there are enough employees around, but they don’t care.a month agoNice store without personal, having one person behind the counter while 30+ people are waiting in line is just not enougha month agoThank you very much for the great attitude of the manager. Even after a long day, the people working there were very helpful. I went during the friends and family weekend. So there wasn’t anything interesting enough for me. But understandable what to expect. Still a lot of choices nonetheless.

Great selections, huge store size and a massive shoe collection for those looking for deals with Nike shoes. Nike factory outlets are always the best place to find running and sports shoes on a fairly good markdown price. Sometimes you can find, incredible fines on the wall however, prepare yourself for a bit of a hunt especially for sizing. This Nike factory store doesn’t have the most exclusive releases however, for basic sports and training gear from Nike on a discount. This is the spot.
I think for this location it’s cool what they’re trying to do with the design and the digital scoreboard. Lots of beautiful screens that play all sorts of commercial videos. They also screen refurbished items for the sustainable side of things. Overall, it’s a beautifully designed store, lots of items on discount and you could definitely find what you’re looking for if you’re not looking for the exclusive items .
This store does get incredibly busy specially the cash registers however, they have self-serve tools for customers that are looking at purchasing one or a few items, and they can take care of it themselves. On express this is the best self serve set up I’ve seen so far.
All the staff are super friendly to specially when it’s busy, they do stop and check in on you, the answer all questions. I found the staff, fairly polite and friendly.

Took a mix of public transport to get here, so worth it, great bargains, got 4 adult trainers, ladies vest + head bands 1 kids tracksuit + trainers for €200. The security guard was so helpful, he came over to offer a bag when my hands were full of boxes. Thought he was an assistant, top marks. My son n girlfriend returned for bargains the following day
The shoes available where not that exciting.. staff was great
