What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I’ve used TLC before and have always been very satisfied with them. This time was no exception. My AC went out, and when Chance from TLC came, he quickly found the problem and replaced the defective part. Chance was courteous and knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout, and cleaned up after he completed his work.

  2. The wind ripped off our back screen door. Hmm—we call TLC for every other house issue; would they do this? Sure enough, they do home repairs also! Sam came on the date promised, and did a wonderful job of installing a nice screen door. He was professional and a delight to work with, just like all other TLC employees we’ve experienced. Home repairs; just one more good thing about TLC!

  3. Woke up this morning to an electrical mess, I called TLC for help and was able to get fit into the schedule right away. Alberto and Jose were able to professionally troubleshoot and identify why my outlet was not working. They showed me what happened and properly explained what they did to get the electricity back up and running. I appreciate the professional job and prompt service. I am very satisfied with my service and would recommend. As you can see in the photos one outlet tripped and one was melted. Thankfully nothing worse happened and Alberto and Jose saved the day!

  4. Paid $350 for them to come out and supposedly fix a leak. My unit is still leaking. Called TLC and was told I have to pay a $200 emergency service fee or wait till Monday and pay a $75 trip charge so someone can come and look at it again. The company that wasn’t able to fix it the first time is now charging more to try again? Why am I paying extra for something they failed to fix the first time? What if they still don’t fix it, do I pay a third trip charge? Terrible service

Edit: A supervisor contacted me and sent a new team of techs to look at my system. He also expressed he’d really appreciate if I updated my review since they want to “help” so, here’s my update. Three technicians came and concluded a new condensation box is needed, but I’d have to pay $200-$300 for it to be mailed or overnighted. The crazy conclusion to this story is that my boyfriend (who has no experience with furnaces), opened up our unit and found a lose clamp in our furnace and the condensation box lose as well. He put the clamp back, tightened the box’s screws and my system hasn’t leaked since. 6 TLC TECHS MISDIAGNOSED MY FURNACE TWICE AND I PAID $347 FOR THIS?! Oh and they wanted another $200-300 to replace something that is working fine now? What about the 7 extra days of water damage on my dry wall? What about the 7 extra days I had rust build up? And what about all the time we spent opening up our furnace to monitor the leak they failed to fix and ultimately fixing it ourselves? If you have or had Alex Cazares and/or Chris work in your home, check their work! TLC has some nerve asking for more money. Waiting for a supervisor to call me, been waiting for over an hour

Edit 2: Steven Dominguez is an awesome employee! He visited our home on 1/19/23 and repaired our water damaged dry wall. TLC, hire more people like Steven! He taped areas up to ensure he didn’t stain them, used a plastic tarp to ensure our floor wasn’t stained either, and took a moment to explain the steps he’d take to repair our wall. Look at the results! Thank you Steven, we appreciate your dedication and hard work!

  5. Very professional techs Ryan Clark , Derek Brownson and Saul Vasquez , they did a wonderful job showing me everything they were doing and I felt very comfortable with these guys in my home. Very professional and respectful guys. You cannot beat their price or their service. Great company. My family plans to use TLC for multiple projects

Absolute complete trash! First we run a business… consistent air flow warm or cool is definitely preferred. We’ve had this horrible company for 4 years now and they have been out to “repair” our equipment over 20 times NOT exaggerating. We’ve met over 10 employees including Managers, who knows how many Techs, Vice Presidents, and MULTIPLE phone staff. They tried replacing the unit and the same issues continue due to either poor training or complete carelessness and laziness. After all the attempts of trying to fix the issue our paneling in completely cracked from them taking it on and off…. If that’s how you leave a job that tells enough about your work. After all the attempts of them TRYING to fix it, now they say I’m not authorized to call and get someone out here after calling over 20 times in the past and am clearly on the account. We have yet to recommend them to anyone and we absolutely will not! I will also be sure to let everyone who asks, the experience we’ve had with this horrible “big” name of a company. Also one to NEVER leave reviews but this is completely unacceptable and no one should have to deal with this! Do research and go somewhere else where they are trained correctly to do the job right! This will stay here till they resolve their continuous issue.

Awesome company. Came out to my house on time and cleaned out our rear bathroom clog quickly. Very knowledgeable when asking questions to prevent future clogs. I went with them because of the 1.5k plus reviews and almost 5 stars. It’s very hard to get people to review and when you see that many reviews over the competition it means people were so pleased with the service that they left a review. I see why. I will definitely be using them in the future.. especially for preventive maintenance.. also one of the few companies that actually answered the phone👌🏼

Albuquerque Heating and Plumbing is an excellent company. (5 stars) Marco’s and his helper were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job getting my boiler up and running. They were very neat with the work they did. Everything was picked up and back to its original state when they left. This will be the only company I will ever hire for all my heating and plumbing needs.

Chris was totally awesome! I just recently bought the house and was unfamiliar with maintaining the systems. Originally I had an appointment to get my evaporative cooler winterized and Chris also inspected my furnace to make sure it was ready for the winter. He answered a lot of questions that I had, being unfamiliar with the systems in my house. He was very helpful and made recommendations for ways to get the most out of my systems. He thoroughly inspected everything. Chris and his assistant were terrific.

I was having an issue with my gas fireplace. Contacted Abq Plumbing for an appt and they came to my house the next day. Kevin and his partner arrived on time, we’re courteous and professional. Kevin inspected the fireplace, spending a considerable amount of time measuring for carbon monoxide leaks, inspected the outside vent and advised my husband and I on the workings of the fireplace and maintenance. We were very pleased with the service visit these two young men provided. I will call Abq Plumbing again without hesitation.

When I had a water main break, I called 4+ plumbers Monday morning at 8AM. Roto-rooters not only answered and got there to provide an estimate but David and Elijah were able to start work finding the connection point to the house right away. Both of them were phenomenal and worked tirelessly to get us water by mid-afternoon Wednesday and left the yard better than it was when they originally showed up. David was great at answering all of my questions about the process and durability as well.

Called roto rooter. They called back and said they could be there in 20 min. I had another company over who couldn’t fix the problem. Your guy came out and did it no problem. It took him a while but he was able to clear the line. Had better equipment. Very professional. Thank you.

We had an issue with our drain Sunday night 😐, so I placed a call to y’all Monday morning @9am at which time I asked what the time frame would be, and the gal let me know anywhere from 2 to 5 hours, which I understood, so I left contact info, and just about 30 minutes later, she called to let us know that she has a tech enroute to my home. And at 10am, our tech, Cory was here. After asking some questions of my husband, he then gave him several options, and once a decision was made, he went right to work to fix our problem. He cleaned up his work area, wrote up our invoice, explained the warranty to us in a reasonable time frame. We sure appreciated the knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and politeness of Cory. We have used y’all before and will definitely continue to for future needs. Word of mouth referrals are the BEST and we will gladly mention your company and staff when the opportunity presents itself. And to the young lady on the phone, thank you, I appreciated your honesty with the time frame, considering our current workforce issues. Have a blessed day

⚠️Warning ⚠️ Older homes your sewer line should be clean by a professional 3-5 years to be safe from a possible full-backup, not fun should you have a family. Made a call around 12pm to schedule emergency help for 1975 built home with 3/bath was all back-up. Yikes!! The company had someone here within two hours and finished cleaning the main line within 30/mins or so!! First..Customer Services was excellent and responsive, the technicians Craig and Ruben are outstanding, they assured me they will have problem fix shortly!! Cost $388.35 includes tax It might seem an unwanted expensive, however with family of 6 it was well worth it!

So about a week ago I told my friend to use this company because I’m always hearing good things about them. My friend is a single mom she don’t get out of work till after four they couldn’t go to her house cause she didn’t have anybody over 18 before four so she called and she had an attitude. The employee decided just cause she had a bad attitude that he wasn’t gonna service her and he’s gonna put her on a no service list so she so she left a bad review. And they called her back a couple days later, threatening her that they were going to sue her and do other stuff if she didn’t remove her review, because they didn’t like what she said. I don’t think any company has the right to bully somebody the way they did and plus I ended up sending her to another plumbing company and the only charged $125 for a clean out and this company was gonna charger her $300- $400 just to do a clean out.
