Professional and prompt. They are a bit expensive, but they give free estimates. No need to schedule service after the estimate; they show up prepared to do the job immediately. I have used their service three times because I know they will do a good job. Also, gave me a good warranty on their work and kept me informed every step of the way each time.
Not only did Mr. Rooter get to me within 24 hours…. On a Sunday but there’s not a charge for them to come out and diagnose. The girl that scheduled the visit was so professional, kind and easy to make an appointment with. Dale came when he was expected and did the job to completion. A single millennial homeowner can be overwhelming so of course my Dad came to approve and oversee the project. This was a Dad approved job! All jokes aside, I highly recommend this company. Great service. 12/10. Thank you.
We were notified within an hour after online request. Dan the Plumber was amazing, professional, an expert in his craft and very friendly. We thought our quote was fair and reasonable. Dan was fast, efficient, and we felt confident in his work.
The dispatcher was extremely helpful in providing information about availability and timing when I first called. Gabriel came out and gave me a free estimate on several different projects I needed done. He was awesome, explained everything that they would be doing, and the process of how everything would happen.
All of the estimates were emailed to me and I was able to take my time deciding which services I wanted completed. Once I selected a service, Gabriel came back the same day and did the work for me. Unfortunately he discovered some cracked piping in the process which also needed to be replaced. He was clear and upfront about the problem and the cost of repairing it before he moved forward. I wish every service contractor I work with in the future is like him!
5/5 stars. Their prices are a little higher than some other shops but the quality of labor and professionalism is top notch. I have extreme confidence in the work that was performed. Would hire again!
Joe was very polite and was matter of fact about the job. He told me what he was going to do and how much it would cost and got busy. Very personable young man, very Knowledgeble.
