So Austin was dispatched a couple days later to do the job properly. Ultimately, the end result was the same (my concrete slab will need to be broken to make the repair). However, Austin took the time to answer all my questions with well thought out answers. He was very personable yet very professional as well. - Reviews:I had a drain issue that a few other companies were not able to fix. Finally called Route 66 and they were able to figure out my issue and get my sewer line replaced. Nat and Victor Lopez did a fantastic job and were life savers. Pricing is transparent and great compared to other companies in the area. After thoroughly explaining the issue and scheduling the repair, the team went to work. Nat, Brandon and David are absolute professionals, they care about the quality of their work and my needs as a customer. After they repaired the leak, they recommended the reroute of another line that could experience similar issues saving me from problems down the line. Although it was a big job, the team work diligently and completed the work in a couple of days. They were able to come by the day of or the next day to take a look at everything and give a quote. The service fee is $69.00 and is included in the cost of the work if I had them do the work. Almost every time I call, I get a person on the other end and she is able to answer my questions and gives an update. They sent my invoice on email and the one time that I emailed them I received a reply within a reasonable time frame. The bad: It took about 2 weeks to get a quote for the work requested. They said that it was due to a contractor not responding to their request for a quote. They did offer a refund because of the situation, but I decided to wait until they received word from their contractor instead. They ended up giving me a quote for the work and I accepted it. I believe the work will begin around Feb 2023. Garret and Skyler came out to replace our broken water heater. They were both super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The installation was flawless and they even completed some quick work to get us up to code for no extra charge. They were in and out quickly, personable to talk to, and very kind to the kids and pets we had running around as well. The quote they gave us for the repair was fair and clear. We won’t be using anyone else!
Garrett and another plumber came out and did a great job of clearing out a blocked drain. They were very professional, gave me an exact price quote after taking a look at the issue, and got the problem fixed very quickly. They backed up their work with a warranty, which is great in case there may be an additional issues right after. I have used their services twice now for separate issues, and I have always been very happy with their work and professionalism.
We had a very high water bill for two months. They went though the whole house and under the house, no leaks very small leak on water heater but not enough to turn water meter! They replaced it and they were very polite and professional. It is a pleasure doing business with this company! Jeremy was very nice and was very easy to talk to!
Dennis and his assistant were very professional, explained everything, and there was absolutely nothing unexpected. We always call Frank’s even though we live in Pampa. I will be glad to pay extra for the service the provide. Thank you!!
