I was very polite with Impact Plumbing I had to come here to find out you refused my work? From my understanding, you were supposed to return a call. I am a contractor and until you can confirm the functionality of the repairs I have withhold a portion of the payment which left the balance at a little over $300. I have more Equity in this.. A $1,000 worth. You guaranteed your work and when I tried calling about the dryer vent on Monday you did not return any calls. It’s ok if you want to refuse additional work but I was unaware and I had an issue with the services provided. Left a message, no response. They came out on Wednesday last Week to see what was wrong and said they would give me an estimate in a couple of days but try not to use my bathroom until I got the plumbing issue fixed. I still don’t have an estimate and have limited use of my bathroom because of this problem I understand that I have to wait my turn but since they said don’t use the bathroom unless u have to I would expect them to get to the problem a little my quickly then a week Later. I called to see what was taking so long and the Lady that answered said that they would get to it as soon as they could… but really I need to be able to use my bathroom very disappointed
Chris Bean has been fantastic from coming out and diagnosing the issues to documenting all details and repairs needed and now to getting the repairs started today and coming back tomorrow to continue the job. He has made this issue as painless as possible and I greatly appreciate him and I also appreciate Emily over at Lil Johns who has been keeping me up to date on scheduling and what’s happening and going to happen. Thanks guys.
Placed an emergency call because my entire downstairs was flooding with sewage. They couldn’t find the cleanout because there isn’t any (roof access). I paid $325 for the emergency call and nothing was done. Downstairs flooded during the night a second time. They returned the next day to search for cleanout. Was here all day. Boss came and finally accessed the roof to clear the line. Was charged another $225. Came the next day with a camera to look for the line to install a cleanout. Took all day because of their own incompetence. Boss came and found the line in less than an hour. They charged me $1,305 that day and the cleanout was never installed because it was under a concrete patio. Was told they would get back to me about another “estimate” to install the cleanout. Didn’t happen. I also paid my home warranty $85 prior to the emergency call. I’ve spent a total of $1,940 just to have a line cleared. I’m a single mother to 3 children and an Army Veteran. Talk about a company with no morals, professionalism, or compassion. I’ll be filing a BBB complaint.
Shannon & Zach cleaned out my sewer in a flash. On a 24F day, I considered myself lucky to get taken care of so fast. I highly recommend them!!!
I have used Lil Johns the every time i needed major repairs done that either i couldn’t get fixed myself or just didn’t want to under take. Shannon has been awesome and took care of my sewer main issue in a short amount of time.
