  2. Their great work was done as scheduled. I needed septic tank cleaned out and inspected (with report of its condition). I was updated about when they were to arrive and updated when the job was completed, as I wasn’t there when they finished. Tony and his crew were very professional and I would recommend them. However, it took SEVERAL days after I had paid in order to get my receipt and report. I had to call every day, and every time I was told I would get it THAT day. And didn’t. But that has to do more with the office employees then the technicians.

  4. I had contacted another plumber on Tuesday. I had not heard back by Wednesday. I contacted Ricky Heath. They made an appointment for Thursday. The folks who came out were polite and professional. The charge was less than what I had been told that the charge on average were on Angie (I had contacted the other plumber using Angie). I had them come out to service my tankless water heater. They did the service and although they offered pricing for a new unit (mine is old) they didn’t try to scare me to replace the unit. I was extremely happy with the service. I rarely give feedback, but I think these guys deserve the kudos and for people who read these things before calling, they need to know that these guys provide excellent service. I will use again.

  5. Called Friday and set an inspection up for Monday. First thing Monday morning they let me know they were ready to head over to get started. Caleb was professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend Caleb and the team over at Ricky Heath Plumbing.

    I gave them one star only because I couldn’t give zero. A few months ago, I had them come fix a leak in a pipe in my back yard. It took them three visits to finally fix the leak correctly and i had to fill in the giant hole in the ground they created myself. My sprinkler system worked perfectly before they worked on my pipes and hasn’t worked since. On top of that, the incompetent worker that they initially sent to my house ran his truck into my house. A good 3ft X 1.5ft section of my attached carport’s roof ended up inside his truck. Immediately after this, the driver told my wife and I that Mr. Rooter’s insurance would cover the damages and that he would pay for the repair of the leak. He repeated this pledge over and over again … until his boss showed up. When his boss arrived and my wife let him know what the driver had said, the driver said my wife was lying. This guy ran his truck into my house (he initially admitted it was because he was on his cell phone), lie to customers, called customers liars, couldn’t fix the leak himself, and, not only does he still work there, they sent him back to my house to deny responsibility for the sprinkler system not working. My roof has developed at least six leaks and, because of one of those leaks, the ceiling in my main bathroom desperately needs to be replaced. I had the roof inspected the week before this incident (I just bought the house and needed the inspection for the insurance company) and there were no leaks at that time, so we know that the wreck caused these leaks. It’s been almost three months. They have done nothing to repair my gutter system that was destroyed. They deny responsibility for my sprinkler system not working any more. They half-a**ed the repair job to the facia and the part of the roof that was inside of the driver’s truck. And they have done nothing to fix the many leaks that the wreck caused. It has been raining hard every other week since the wreck, the water damage to my house from these leaks gets worse daily, this company couldn’t care less about what they’ve done and seem to be trying to weasel out of their responsibility for fixing it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

    Cal Beck and his assistant went above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done! They worked on my plumbing issue, performing tasks outside of what they were required to do (no extra charge!), until things were flowing smoothly. Cal explained each procedure and its related cost. He was friendly, approachable, honest, and fair. You can tell he loves what he does by his enthusiasm, determination, and top-notch work. If I ever need any plumbing work done, I’m calling Mr. Rooter and asking for Cal! R. Solomon

    Cal was very pleasant to work with! He was quick to respond, always had a great attitude, showed up on time, and exceeded the expectations we had by fixing minor details that were not expected of him.     We just closed on a home and ended up with a surprise plumbing issue. Turns out our entire plumbing system needed to be redone and due to a negligent inspector the issue wasn’t caught until after we bought the home. Covenant was quick to respond and very upfront about what needed to be done. The receptionist was great about getting me on the schedule and even called me back to move my appointment time up when she saw there was an opening. Phil and Jason were punctual and did fantastic work. They answered all of my questions thoroughly no matter how basic they were. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

    We had what we thought was a plumbing leak. We saw water dripping in our crawlspace. After setting an appointment, our technician (Phillip) was prompt, polite, and extremely helpful. We actually had a leak on our HVAC system and the plumber diagnosed the real issue. He went over and above his job and pulled out wet insulation and cleaned up behind himself. He found our real problem. My husband was impressed with him and so was I. We trust this company to tell us the truth! Great experience with this plumbing company. We will always call Covenant for our plumbing repairs!
