  1. Great workers who are professional and know what they are doing. Longbine and his helper busted their butt all day to make sure we had air before they left. They installed our unit and everything was perfect. They did a wonderful job and are very professional and efficient. The workers who came to talk to us prior to the new unit being installed, knew what they were talking about and were very thorough when explaining to us what needed to be done! We are very satisfied with our unit and customer service provided!

  2. Comfort Air always provide superior service. I received routine maintenance on my A/C unit and my drain line was replaced. George G. was professional and very knowledgeable about A/C units and the service provided. He even noticed while doing maintenance and checking my thermostat that the wires inside were left too long and tidy them up. I appreciate the added value that Comfort Air and their technicians always provide. I truly feel valued as a customer.

  3. Setting up an appointment was easy, and the gentlemen showed up to do our duct cleaning timely and as expected. They were courteous and answered any questions we had and even helped us put in new vent covers that we previously purchased. They sanitized and cleaned up once the job was finished and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend their services!

  4. I called at 2:30 on a Friday, Christmas weekend, when the temp outside was 30 degrees & dropping. I received a text with a picture of my technician, and he arrived in 30 minutes. My heat had no power at all. Tech troubleshot it, went to get a part, and repaired it within an hour. He stayed 15 minutes after to ensure everything was fine, and told me not to hesitate to call on Christmas Day if there was another problem. He also diagnosed a problem I’d been having with my AC while here. Amazing and professional service! He explained everything to me in layman’s terms, and answered any questions I had.

  5. Comfort air came out on new years eve with a problem we had with our thermostat (burnt out). We were new to Georgia and just happened to find them. They put in a new thermostat and we requested a cleaning of our duct work. They also looked at our heating / air conditioner and explained how old it was. They did not try to talk us into a new one but did provide us estimated costs to replace it. We took our time thinking it over and decided to have them replace the unit. We had several of the employees here over the last year with the work they have done. All were professional and very knowledgeable in their work. We have been a customer for a year now and highly recommend them.

    My water heater broke and started leaking everywhere. I just started calling around plumbers and West was the first one that could even send someone the same day, someone also helped me over the phone to just get it shut off and stop leaking before the technician could get there. They got the situation under control and then came back a few days later to install a new one. They did an excellent job, quickly, and for a great price, and even went above and beyond, installing an extra outdoor spigot near where the heater went b/c there wasn’t one at all.

    Called Affordable Plumbing to get an estimate to repair a leaky tub faucet. We had been previously told that to stop the leak we would have to replace the entire faucet including cutting into the dry wall. Kory looked at it, was able to ID the brand of faucet and they had the parts available. It was a quick simple fix. They arrived in time, showed us the parts they took out and let us both test the faucet before they left. The price was fair and included the required parts. Will use them again in the future.     Loved the entire experience working with these guys. I called on a holiday weekend and received a very prompt and courteous return call within minutes. Very easy to schedule the service, and the two guys who showed up (on time) were courteous, professional and well-explained what they discovered and how to fix it (they even offered to not fix it and allow me to do it myself in order to save the full cost).
