    Jeff Smith was my realtor for the Omaha area, and he was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He was prompt with answering my questions. I asked a ton of questions, too, and he was patient with me, which I really appreciated. I lived in Montana during the process of looking at houses in Omaha. When I came down for a week, he set aside time to take me house hunting. One of the days I was here, we were out from 11am to 6:30pm (or so). That was a long day, but he was willing to go through it with me, and he even showed me a few other places. After I returned to Montana, he was willing to speak with the home inspector on my behalf and Face Timed me with the results. I did get the report and spoke with the home inspector, too, but it was nice to talk with Jeff while he was in the house to show me the things the inspector noticed. Jeff goes above and beyond, and he’s one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I highly recommend.
