I asked for long layers and she did a good cut. The length of the hair was reduced a lot but still I loved the cut and was happy with the service. Later I came home and checked my hair and my bangs were not equal. I was in total disappointment as my length was also reduced and the haircut done was also not proper. His suggestion to add a few streaks of golden highlights along with red really turned out to be great. The colour looked pretty after a few washes (see first pic). Got my first hair coloring, the saloon director Karthik explained and helped me to choose the right color shade for my skin tone.
My next visit was for hair spa and nails.
Man o man, the hair spa was one of the best binoth if I remember the name correct he enquired about my hair and my concerns. With the inputs he did kerastase moisture treatment.
For the nails archana did an amazing job, in choosing the right color to cover the mehandi that I had.Overall the experience with VURVE | Nungambakkam was indeed great and I wish to come and visit in my next trip.

Bounce used to be my preferred salon but I’ve been consistently disappointed over the last 3-4 visits. I had a hair colour service and manicure done recently. The hair colour was done very shabbily and with no sense of style. Their style directors have lost their edge, and I’ve sadly only had bad outcomes in my last three visits. I’m sure it’s a great option of you want something regular and plain Jane, but if you’re looking for a colourist with a vision, I’d look elsewhere.
