Today i went for hair cut. They just ruined my hair. Although, last year i had good hair cut from this place only. Now staffs are changed. Not at all trained staff. Degraded their level.. I went for a haircut and global colour at Wavelengths Kankurgachi salon. I am very satisfied with the services provided by Ram. Loved the haircut which is exactly what I wanted and very well behaved. Firstly the technicians are super lazy and especially Akash. They don’t even know the procedure for keratin, i have done it from other salons previously. Whenever I asked them about the steps, they told they knows everything and they don’t do such steps. From the first wash only,my hair is looking freezy and same as before. Though from other salons when I did, it gave me a beautiful output for that only I went for keratin treatment. I had my booking 7 th Jan at 5:30 pm for haircut .. Without information my booking got cancelled because my half an hour late and i was not informed my booking got cancelled.when i my husband reached salon my husband got the message at 6 clock pm my booking got cancelled..I’m disappointed your service being your old customer. And also receptionist behaviour not up to mark..
I felt very very disappointed .
