Great staff that listens to what you want. My son loves his MVP. I prefer 1 hot and 1 cold towel. He’s a 2 hot. We enjoy going to relax and get a great cut.

Scotti was the stylist who helped me and she was FANTASTIC. Today was my first time trying sports clips and I have to say I will definitely be using them again in the future. Because it was my first time they upgraded me to the ultra MVP package and I’ve never felt more relaxed after a haircut. Hot towel, scalp massage, massage chair, shampoo and rinse, and even a complementary beard and neck trim! My wife loves the haircut and she’s a hairstylist by trade so that’s saying a lot. Scotti not only is a great hairstylist but she’s also the manager of this location and I can tell her employees respect her. The shop itself was very well-kept, clean, and an inviting environment. The employees were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this to any of my male friends.

Crystal cut my hair and my god is that woman over qualified. Every time I go there they manage to get my hair just slightly off and it’s incredibly annoying, I’ve even had my hair cut by one of the managers and it still was slightly off, better, but still off. Anyways Crystal got it perfect and truly made my day. I’m not sure if management reads these however I believe she deserves a raise or at least acknowledgment of her skill.

Like everyone, I’ve had bad haircuts before, but never one that motivated me to write a review. I’m not sure if military cuts are their thing as my medium fade is basically a choppy, uneven buzz cut on the side that abruptly transitions to my longer hair on top. I’m assuming she was expecting to trim the top too so she preemptively cut the side really short, but that’s weird since my opening conversation was about getting a medium fade and keeping the top length. Once she got to the top she asked how short I wanted it as if I hadn’t already stated, and after reiterating I want to keep it the same length she asked a second time how short do I want to cut it. Needless to say I had to cut the top anyways to salvage the haircut. Before I started the haircut she noticed it was my first time at sports clips, so she explained I get the MVP cut free and included in my base cut. Unfortunately she failed to describe that I was actually getting something along the lines of an “ultra MVP cut” at the price of MVP, which not only makes this my worst haircut in 13 years, but also my most expensive one. When I was paying and clearly confused about the situation, another employee had to chime in and I can tell she knew I got swindled as I’m sure I’m not the first. I came here out of convenience compared to where I normally go and left realizing the cost of convenience. Anyways, time to go wash my hair again because that ultra MVP haircut I got that included shampooing and a “massage” left hair all over the place after it dried…

Clara did an amazing job with my sons multiracial curls! I was looking for him to have some cut off the top and she did it with precision. I also was recommended new moisture products for his hair. Definitely coming back!

Unfortunately very disappointing experience as 1st time customer. Had below collar & mid-bottom ear length hair I had let grow out. Said I wanted to keep most of the length (3 different times/ways), but reduce some thickness/get a little trimmed/shaped. She said ok “will take a little off sides & top” & started cutting. Before I realized it, she had taken off all back & sides. Very short all way around. High neck line & above ears (discovered later even to point of “whitewall” around one ear! That sealed this review!). I said we obviously had a communication breakdown. She claimed this cut is what I asked for. Nope- not even close. I honestly believe she was more into Seinfeld & really didn’t listen/think. Kinda had that look of “oh- what’d I just do?!” I was nice. Was too late to go back. Had her take more off top, cuz now I had more of a “flop” look , which I hate. She didn’t do or even acknowledge extra scalp treatment I’d ordered in online scheduling. Massage was laughable, but didn’t really care – wasn’t what I came for. Charged full price (but at least not $3 for non-scalp service) with no offer to discount & no real apology. I tipped her cuz am still going to treat people right & know that’s how they make money.
It’s hair – it’ll grow back, but just super disappointing outcome. Usually go to Great Clips, but came here with high hopes for better experience with now longer hair. Wasted a lot of time looking into various places, etc just to end up with same result.
    * This is my reply to management’s comments on my review:
-I never said/implied “this happens wherever I go…” I did say… I ended up with same result- meaning an average short haircut that I could’ve received at the other place.
(I’ve noticed a consistent theme in reading some other negative reviews -in that the management tends to put the blame on/even accuse the customer) Making this accusatory assumption is not only wrong, it’s just plain poor customer service; & a great way to discourage this customer from giving this business a second chance.
-I didn’t speak to management while there. Didn’t see anyone else there except a waiting customer & I wasn’t given the option to when the stylist knew things had gone sideways. Regardless, what’s done was already done.
-Finally, I intend to be done with this, but wanted to “be clear” in what I said in my review & what I didn’t.

My kids absolutely loved the experience and I think their hair looks better than the $55 Barber cuts I was paying at the salon we used to go to. The only problem we have was one of my boys did not get the shampoo that was included in the cut but the cut itself looked fabulous.

I spent 5 minutes or so getting a consultation, I completely changed how I was styling my hair and Stephanie helped me figure out what I wanted and what would be best for me as well as how to take care of my new style. She was incredibly helpful and gave a great haircut

My regular stylist was away this week. I scheduled with Leo, who I’ve watched work before and thought he was fine. But when I had him work on me, it was GREAT! Nice to have 2 stylist I like at one place.

Rosy always does an impeccable job in the last four years that I’ve been going to her, so friendly, genuine, and talented. She has an eye for detail and makes sure every haircut is done perfectly.

Excellent salon with reasonable prices! Rachael really hooked me up with what is likely the best haircut I have ever had

This eclectic joint has a pet-friendly environment with a bar. My husband and son have frequented Rock’s over the years but this is my first experience. I had long hair for 28 years until I underwent chemotherapy. Now that my hair is growing back, I have decided to keep it short. I have anxiety about getting it cut and felt much better after Ashleigh got done. She did an excellent job in under ten minutes and handled my anxiety and my inability to articulate what I wanted with patience and professionalism.

Hands down my favorite barbershop in town! Specifically, I always go to Gavin to get my mohawk done right. Not only is he friendly and great to chat with, he is also a wizard of precision and style. The hawk always comes out looking good when I step out of his chair. I’ve also gotten haircuts from the other stylists when I can’t get a slot with Gavin and they’ve all been wonderful. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a quality cut!

The worst haircut of my life which was a buzz cut. And one would think, how could you mess up a buzz cut well she did. The shop is in a nice location and it’s very clean. The staff seem very friendly; it was my first time there. I moved to the area and in search of a barber so I researched and decided to give this a try; big mistake.

The barber was Lala, saw some of her work on Instagram and thought, it’s a buzz cut. I learn the hard way not every barber are detail oriented. I said I wanted soft lines and she gave me an uneven shape up in the front and nothing in the back. And a spot in the front. She seemed nonchalant when cutting my hair but she mentioned that she had be cutting for 9 years so I thought maybe that’s her style…. Well my hair came out nonchalant.

I would have shaved it but it’s too cold to go bald so I will be wearing loads of hats to cover and grow it out. It’s a hard NO for me but good luck. There are other barbers in the shop, so maybe a better experience with the others in the shop.

Have gone here in and off for a few years. Good cuts and I like their beer selection.

Only came here to review because my fiancé started to follow one of their stylists “sailor” on social media. This stylist shares a lot of really rude things about the customers on their public Instagram and TikTok’s and also is constantly complaining about customers and their requests. I used to recommend rocks to my friends and coworkers but after seeing the attitudes of the people they employ I won’t do that anymore. Why would you want someone rude, hateful, and mocking touching your face and hair? Bad look. Don’t go here or at least avoid this terrible and mean person!
