  *Response to the manager* what were you going to do to fix this. I did ask her about what was wrong. She spent time telling me it’s fine. She kept me turned away from the mirror the whole time! She never showed me the very uneven back. That lady has no business cutting hair. If you guaranteed every haircut then look at my name and then go in and REFUND MY MONEY. I would have asked to speak to the manager but the people working there have the worst attitude starting with checking in. Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever had. She practically buzzed half my head and left my whole head uneven with patches. Avoid at all costs. I’ll have to go to a decent place to try and fix it hopefully in a week.

  The online scheduling site is very easy to navigate and convenient. We have seen Kristen multiple times and always had a great haircut for my son. Today, Brandi cut his hair and it looked great too. I recommend this location as a convenient and professional salon for those of us that can’t plan far in advance for haircuts:)

  First time to use this salon and I was a walk in on a Sunday afternoon. They got me right in and Sandra cut my hair and did a wonderful job. I’m very picky about my hair but couldn’t be more pleased with the service and haircut. Sandra did a terrific job.

  Definitely a step above Supercuts. Definitely a step below a proper barber. You feel like the main goal is to get you in and out as fast as possible, not to give you the best experience. On the other hand, you don’t pay for what a higher end salon or barber would charge. Will I come back because it’s super convenient? Yes. Am I already consigned to having another gash from their $3 extra neck shave? Also yes.

  Hannah did a great job with my haircut and she was nice to talk to. I tend to just give vague instructions, and I appreciate it when stylists have enough of a sense of style to know what looks good while being roughly the length I’m looking for.

  I only get haircuts every several months or so, so I came here and paid a bit more for extra stuff, like beard trim and hot towel shave, because haircuts are relaxing.

  I would agree with other reviews that the extra services are pretty gimmicky mostly.

  Thankfully, I went in with lowered expectations after reading the negative reviews, and so I was able to appreciate it for what it is… a nice haircut, with some complimentary services.

  Hannah was kind enough to ask permission before each of the services, and to clarify things like, how the beard trim uses an electric razor (if you want a *trim* or just the feeling of a trim, then sure, whatever it’s $10. If you want a smooth shave with a real razor, then ig you have to go with their $30 shave package).

  In hindsight, the trim was mostly pointless because the razor leaves stubble, but I’m keeping the 5 stars because I was warned and Hannah was cool lol.

  I visited today to bring my mom whose a senior in for a lady cut. My mom wears a very low tapered cut and has been struggling to find someone where she lives. I did some local research and read all the amazing reviews about Morgen. It has been hard finding someone who will help with upkeep of my mom’s short tapered natural hair cut. She is transitioning out of relaxed hair. I called at opening and Miriam was nice on the phone and told us to stop in.

  I also used the app to check in so that we could check to see when Morgen was available. There was no wait at all. Morgen was very kind and personable.
  I really like the theme of this franchise. All women hair stylists cutting hair at a man style cave. This shop is equipped with a big screen, sports chairs and a consistent theme. The men who walked out of the shop looked great. Morgen did a excellent job reshaping and cleaning up my mom’s hair. Thank You !

  My 10 year old son LOVES this place and loves getting his haircuts from Morgan! She is so friendly, nice and so good at making my son’s hair look ‘cool’.   I do recommend sports clips for anyone. They do a great job really friendly.. Julie was the lady name that cut my hair.. it was my first-time.. I will be back.. steam tower on my face feels so good.. a massaging chair while they shampoo your hair so awesome and a massage you more when you’re sitting down and they finishing your hair up. Mvp that’s what that was.. it will cost more if I want that next time.. but need a cut check this place out… thanks ray..

  Needed to get a hair cut for the work week. We had plans but I bargained with the family and they decided to let me. It said the stylist was available in 80 minutes. So we found something to do for 80 minutes. Arrived exactly when it said we should and then had to wait an additional hour. That’s almost 2.5 hours of waiting. Ridiculous!

  I went in with just a photo and Morgen helped me by making my hair look so amazing!! Her service was absolutely wonderful and she made me smile and laugh a lot! she was such a sweet person, and if you visit here, I highly recommend seeing and tipping her well because you won’t be disappointed!

  Solid cut, prices were a bit much. But it depends on what you’re comfortable with.

  Yes. Because price is important. The location is great, the space was clean, the staff was very professional. At the end of the day, I did not receive a $40 haircut. I paid $15 for a not even 5 min beard trim. Again, I had a good experience, but it was about $10 more that the service I received. I didn’t complain, and I tipped my barber. But we can’t act like “was price the only thing”. That’s 50% of the transaction.

  I booked A same day appointment with Anthony. He did an amazing job. He was very professional, courteous and attentive to my style request. I must say the atmosphere is very professional and friendly. The receptionist is also very professional. She has a really joyful spirit. Everyone made me feel really welcomed when I walked into the shop. If you value excellent service and want to feel welcome please make an appointment. You will not be disappointed.   Man I don’t usually right reviews but felt I def needed too this time. I just left this establishment after getting my 2 year old son’s haircut. The barber who cut my sons hair made it seem like we inconvenienced him by coming there. His name was Jonesy! In fact before we even got in his chair he made a statement prior to my son sitting down. Something along the lines of “ why would you curse me like that” after the owner of the shop I believe Reggie told him we were waiting. He even stated to me “man I apologize if you felt a way, he’s not even moving he’s doing really well”. I’ve followed this shop online for a while and was looking forward to the experience for myself and my son with this Being his first official barbershop experience. maybe this particular barber isn’t big on cutting kids but still that’s not my problem. With all that being said I still Tipped him and even that interaction was awkward! The total was $25 and I told him take $30 and he looked at me as if he was surprised to even get a tip. Disappointed as I was looking coward to coming here but that will be my last time visiting that shop. Def rubber me the wrong way for sure. I’ll take my business elsewhere. SMH
