- Reviews:I had an old whole house filter that started leaking. I was able to get an assessment and quote within a few days after calling Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain. Lupe was our tech. He gave us honest feedback about what he thought we would need and made a great recommendation of adding a turn off valve to make future whole house filter changes more easy. As soon as I received my filter I was able to make the appointment for installation. Lupe arrived on time and worked quickly. He left no mess and honestly my whole house filter system looks so much prettier than I expected! He even added a spigot to properly flush the system and I’m sure it’ll come in handy for other uses later on. I’m so happy with the work! I highly recommend for their high quality work and professionalism. Had an issue with a dryer gas valve while painters were trying to put the dryer back in place. Belinda had Parker here within 15 minutes. A little bit of good luck, yes, but they went above and beyond to take care of the issue and I wasn’t even home. That being said, I’ve been dedicated to Joe Stillwell, owner, as my plumber for going on 15 years. Called for an appointment expecting a week or so before I was scheduled due to the holidays. Got on the schedule the next day, arrival window was 2 hours, arrived well within that window. Gal was courteous, knowledgeable, and advised the cost of best case scenario and worst case scenario. I went with best case scenario with the understanding that It may not correct the issue. She completed the work, showed me the finished job, told me what to look out for, cleaned up, gave me the invoice, I paid and was back to my morning before the 2 hour arrival window was even up. I could not say enough nice things about Huft. They recently upgraded our electrical panel and main bathroom and I couldn’t be any happier about the quality work they provided. Everyone was so nice starting with Drew and Mike who came out to help us design these upgrades. They were knowledgeable and not pushy. Next came their install crews who worked in our home with care and cleanliness. Ray, Peter, Luis, Henry and Leo did AMAZING work. Thank you to Octavio (Plumbing Manager) and Carlos (Electrical Manager) who helped tremendously through this whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to all our friends and family.

I am very pleased with Huft Services! Anthony Gomez was the first tech to come out to my home to inspect and get more details about what I needed. Anthony was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He took the time to answer all my questions, as this was my first time purchasing a new HVAC system. Thank you Ryan Mark for going over my estimate and explaining all my options. Ryan listened to what my needs were and helped me decide what the best option was for me. Ryan provided excellent customer service and communicated well with me. Michael Ross and his two assistants installed a new heating/AC unit and all new ductwork. The guys listened to my requests, like how I wanted more airflow in the dining room and living room vs in the bedrooms, and graciously answered all my questions. They also educated me as well as answering my questions to help me fully understand. The guys were very respectful as they worked here. And we’re very quick and efficient. Due to all the fancy crown molding around the ceiling throughout my home, Michael had to custom build the housing for my HVAC filter. He did a great job!! And I love having the smart thermostat to be able to regulate the temperature at my home, even if I’m not there is amazing!!! Also Johnathan KompaI was pleasant to work with. He is knowledgeable in many different aspects of his line of work, and he is very respectful/polite. I highly recommend Huft Services as they have skilled staff all around, from the office staff to the field technicians.
Thanks to Huft we have heat again! Scheduling was easy, and our apt window was confirmed by text the day before. Our technician Andre was on time, easily diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and also did a complete system maintenance. He was thorough and explained each part of the process, and even took pictures to show what needed to be repaired/replaced. This is the first time I have used Huff, and I look forward to seeing them in a couple months for AC seasonal maintenance.
He provided great customer service, was very informative. He presented a solution about any issues I had and he tested my water and showed me the difference between my water and how the water is with a water filtration system. I gave him a 5 star service and I would recommend him and his company to all my family and friends.
