a week agoBought the spicy grilled whole wings & they weren’t cooked to perfection of done. Skin was still white & soft. The taste of the wing was good & spicy. I had to go home and cook all the wings in the airfrier. The whole reason you stop at places like this is to not cook 🥴a month agoThe service was great with a beautiful greeting smile from both ladies. Food was hot and delicious. I would recommend this one to others. My nephew visiting from Texas talked vary highly appreciated of the ladies , food and service. M2 weeks agoExtremely rude customer service, don’t come to this location, on September 28th at 7 PM I tried to order a Family Meal and I was treated very rude. They need to respect people, we all are humans. I do not write many bad reviews but they deserve it. Stay away for this disappointing place.2 months agoSo I literally just left there and got home with my food. When I tell you this was the worst chicken I have ever tasted or looked at in my entire life. First of all I didn’t get what I payed for, which was a family meal with an 8 piece chicken 2 sides and 4 biscuits. I got 2 full sides of mash potatoes and gravy. The chicken was super old and soaked in grease. It clearly had been sitting there for a while. My biscuits were so hard I could’ve put a whole in my wall with them. Then when I called to speak to someone in charge I talked to Donna. She was not helpful at all. Very nonchalant and terrible attitude to start off then had an excuse for everything I said. She told me the chicken was dropped thirty minutes ago which was clearly a lie. Then I asked for a refund no help with that at all. An it clearly states that they close at twelve but from Donna’s perspective the cooks had already shut down and left within 15 minutes of me getting my food. So again she is lying or they just didn’t wanna recook my food. People please stay far away from this place the service is horrible and the food is worse. Don’t even bother stopping there I wouldn’t feed the food to my dog.3 months agoIt’s is so sad I be seeing homeless people all around the back of the store it smells really bad back there by the ordering line , I waited 40 minutes for my food when I pulled up because they had one person cooking ! And the lady was taking more orders than the guy can handle! The lobby was full , people where picking up and nothing was done.very disappointed.

2 months agoI got the 2 piece dark meat meal. They looked like it was off a chick and the drumstick was so old it was as tough as jerky. I couldn’t eat it. Got 8 chicken tenders and they were unusually greasy. I definite won’t be back or refer them to a friend.a month agoI just had to leave a review to compliment the young lady that was working the front counter this evening. She was polite and friendly, something that is so hard to find in fast food restaurants (or anywhere really) these days. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but hoping the manager sees this and looks up who was on the schedule. Also, this location was very clean and prompt. What a surprise for the area. We will be back, especially for the great service!a month agoDon’t go off the negative comments. They’re very fast and very nice people. In my opinion very good quality food, they’re always cleaning at the end of the shift. The manager is so nice she even worked on her birthday and attended the window!3 weeks agoI am utterly disappointed. I placed my drive thru order at 8:07pm. The lady told me it would be a 7 minute wait and they would bring it out to the double doors as they needed to drop more hot and spicy wings. No biggie except no one ever came out after 7 minutes, i had to go in at 8:22, didn’t get acknowledged until about 5 minutes later and i didn’t get my order in my hand until 8:40 pm. One of my 8 piece hot and spicy wings only had 7 pieces in it. The fries tasted old and greasy. The young man at the counter kept talking about wanting to go on break, the young lady in the red shirt had an attitude about everything so i hope she’s not the shift manager. Outside there a bunch of people loitering and a few that appeared to be ladies of the night. This was my first time at this establishment… i can whole heartedly say…. i will not be back to this location. Its like they parked all the cars in hopes they would leave the order behind due to the long wait. There was a guy in before me from door dash since he said 8pm…. he got his food after me. Sad.3 months agoKFC on Baymeadows by i95 rarely have what I Oder today it was no coleslaw today it was 5pm an they tell me there slaw won’t be ready until 930pm last time there were no thighs before that no breasts an time before that the tea was soured time before that they only had 1 person taking drive thru, walk up orders and cooking all the same time it took 15 minutes to get my 3 piece chicken meal. Service at fast food places has dropped to the point I’m ready for them all to close there doors an right new policy.

Judge for self. Chicken remind me of an old rap song…Chicken taste like wood. They need to do better. Money wasted.
The employees weren’t super enthusiastic or anything, but it’s a drive through so I’m never expecting much. The guy at the window was mumbling and asked me to pull up so I said, “I’m sorry? What was that?” And he seemed irritated at having to repeat himself… anyways, I pulled around to the spot in front of the doors.
It has been easily twenty minutes since I paid and no food, yet. That’s why it is a one. It’s 6 PM and there was not a single person in line with me. Inside the restaurant there is one group of two patrons and at least 4 employees I can visualize. I legit have no idea what is going on with these folks, but with a modicum of communication or compassion, I would have at least given them 4 stars so long as my food is hot! And communication must not be much of an issue, because the tall white man has been in there talking non stop.
I JUST stopped the guy and he had no EFFING CLUE I WAS EVEN STILL OUT HERE!! 😒
I had a mobile order and waited several minutes at the counter, but nobody acknowledged or greeted me. Finally, I waved and got someone to come over to help me. After that point, they were polite, quick, and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and looked like it had been updated inside recently.
Tried the new wings. They looked very unappetizing. They were dry and the crust fell off everywhere. Some tasted fine but overall dry. They would surely be good if they were fresh. We’ll try again.
I prefer Popeye’s chicken. That being said, KFC are usually on point in getting food out fast. They got me a meal in 3 minutes while, by comparison, I waited an hour for at Popeye’s only for them to forget about me and lose my order.
