4 weeks agoOrdered extra chicken fried steaks with 5 meals, they shorted me one, which were in a box together instead of with the meal, so I didn’t get gravy on them, went around to drive in window and told girl, she wanted me to get out my car and walk around the car already there, I asked her to bring it out and she rolled her eyes, when she came to my car, I told her she should have got it right the first time, not my fault , maybe if she wasn’t on her phone texting while waiting on my food, she could have noticed it IDK. Terrible Service, I hate going to Woodlawn KFC, lack of customer service all around.a month agoThe manager was super rude. He told me they don’t have any more extra crispy is original fine? After I already paid so I said no can I just have a refund and then he told me he doesn’t have time to do a refund and I’m going to have to wait for him to cook the extra crispy and he doesn’t know how long it’s going to be but I need to wait. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone2 weeks agoI was in the drive through lane behind one(!) car for 10 minutes. When it was time for me to order I waited another five minutes for someone to take me order. Then sat for almost 10 more minutes for the car in front of me to get their food. Finally gave up.3 months agoCustomer service is trash and the manager was even worse. She refused to give me a number for her higher up and told me to use Google. She did a lot of trying to talk over me. They said they weren’t taking orders for about 25 minutes so they could get caught up. Mind you this was prime dinner time, around 6. Need to fire everybody and start over. If I could give a 0, I would.4 months agoWent on a Wednesday for the special. The chicken fried steak was thinner than bologna and was mostly crust. The coleslaw was good, biscuit dry. I also got the bowl, again the chicken was dry. I remember KFC being better than this

a month agoVery clean place. Well kept inside. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking but needed attention on crushed soda cans and some trash.?? I truly enjoyed my meal. It was good and hot.2 months agoFood is tender melt in your mouth service is fast and nice really makes you feel welcomed and valued restaurant is clean will most definitely returna week agothe prices are two times higher than the other kfc locations but the quantity is not more asked for my money back the night manager was very rude won’t go back and idn recommend …7 months agoFirst visit was nice, famous bowl was perfect, second visit the workers sounded like they wanted to jump out a 12 story building lmao. The food was barely warm and quality was completely different from the first time. Also my girlfriend got wrong sides, wrong drink and no sauce even though it was ordered. Work on your consistently please 🙏5 months agoRude people working on today! (4/22/23) ordered in drive thru, we ALWAYS park and check our order, lo and behold it’s missing sides. Go inside and nobody acknowledges us, so we say “EXCUSE ME” and they finally walk over with attitude. We explained couple things missing and we get eye rolls and “we’ll get you your missing items” They need a refresher in customer service when they’re the ones who messed up.

Very clean and we got our food really fast. The biscuits could have been warmer though

Went to KFC on Seneca tonight..thru drive thru… No one in line just me.. I ordered a 12 piece family meal in original 2 mashed potatoes and 1 coleslaw..pull up to window and young man in window asked me again what I ordered ??? No idea me else there remind you and already lost my order…I pay 39$ and the man hands me a large bag and shuts window and I see in bag no chicken ?..I wave to a women standing away from window she has the man come back to window and the man looks at me like “WHAT”? I then ask the man for the chicken ?? And the woman see a bag on a counter and she points to it and man grabs it and hands it to me…well I live an hour from Wichita and I get home and much to my surprise ( not really tho) I find what they gave me…2 potato’s and a gravy , 2 corns, no coleslaw, and a bucket of thighs and legs and in crispy…I called the location and asked for a manager and man said he was the manager and I asked his name which he mumbled and finally on third request he said Dennis. . I told him what I got and he suggested I make the 2hr round trip and he would correct it. I asked him if he would pay my gas ? Of course he said no…I asked for his supervisors name and he told me no..he would not give it… So I highly recommend not using this location unless you want to pay 39$ and receive a totally different order… I mean my god ..there was no other customers and they f’d it up this bad..can you imagine what will happen it it was busy.🙄😲
As much as I like KFC, I was very disappointed. The chicken was burnt and salty. The French fries were so salty, felt as if we were eating SALT with FRIES instead of fries with salt. We couldn’t eat the fries due to how much salt was on them. Very disappointed
Drive through employee was so low on enthusiasm it became a problem – we had been reluctant to go to KFC but he said he really wanted to try it – it was a big disappointment – when we asked for a refund the manager didn’t even ask what was wrong just shoved the cash in my hand and closed the window as quickly as possible
Multiple sides were missing and they refused to sub for fries it was weird as hell honestly thought they were messing with me
The food is okay but I prefer other chicken now..
