He said, “But we can’t give you the sticker.” It has to go on the car. I explained it would go on his car. Still no. Ok, I asked for the owners name and number and refused the information. Refused? a month agoDo not waste your money. Gave them the opportunity to make it right. I was told it’s just a wipe down, their vacuum can’t get sand out of carpet, and the wheels are clean. This was a 42.95 car wash. This is the second vehicle I brought in the same day. First vehicle was washed nicely, even got sand out of the carpet(so not sure how they couldn’t in this one). I get it, it’s hot, and it’s busy, but at least try to make it right and re wash it correctly. Will not return. I’m not one to write bad reviews, but this is not acceptable.6 months agoMy cars get treated like royalty at Mission Car Wash! From being vacuumed all the way through the washing to the employee’s who give them that final touch. I am ocd clean, and when I take my vehicles here, I do not feel the need to wipe on them further once I get home or whenever I am going. When you’ve been going for as long as some of us have been, your vehicles are known regardless of who drives them in, and they already know what you want/expect! I love the idea that they allow you to bring your vehicle back in if it happens to rain within, I believe, 48-72 hours if I am not mistaken for a free wash (not complete detail). Grab a snack or a quick massage inside in one of their chairs. Bathrooms are always clean, and they have plenty of nick nacks you can grab to throw inside your vehicle, such as air fresheners, etc. If by chance you’re not satisfied, just let them know and allow them the chance to make it right. If you can fit it into your budget, inquire about their wash plans.6 months agoLots of car care packages to choose d from. The staff does a great job inside and out. I do have one concern because it’s happened more than once. They may accidentally forget to apply polish wax and sealant when payed for. If so bring it to their attention and they will run your car through again.a month agoMy car wash lasted less than 15 minutes. They didn’t clean the glass, side skirts and rear bumper full of dirt/mud, they moved the floor mats but didn’t vacuum and forgot to put them back properly. On top of that they damaged the instrument cluster trim. My last time coming here, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time and money!a month agoWent here they did a Great job. Iam greatful they still have old school car wash around. Even when you go to other self service drive through, car washes you still have to get out and vacuum your own car, and clean the end side. So I know it’s better to go where someone can do it all for you. For me it’s better having a back injury I can’t do it myself. Thank you

Good/typical value for the services available.
Price starts at $7 for the basic car wash + free vacuum all the way to $24 at the time of this review. They have at least 30 car ports to vacuum/dry your car which is pretty good for the location they are in. The car ports are clean too. They have the usual vacuum suctions + air compressor to dry your car at each car port. They don’t have a spot to hang your car mat so you can thoroughly vacuum your car mats outside your vehicle. Other than that, pretty good car wash experience.
Too good to be true? Yup! Started here when they first opened. This has been the only car wash my brand new vehicle has gone to. It was great until it wasn’t.
We had technical issues resulting in streaks of wax on my brand new vehicle multiple times, a dismissive manager, then a sudden price hike nearly $10 after being a loyal customer through the difficulties. They did get a new manager, which helped address the technical issues (regular maintenance on the equipment), but with a high turnover of staff, I consistently had to remind staff to completely dry my vehicle to avoid wax streaks.
I would not recommend the dry/ wax option if you have a white vehicle. It has created a layer of wax on top of partially cleaned paint, which now must be professionally buffed out. My vehicle has wax on top of dirt. So all the money I thought I was saving I’ll have to now spend to correct my paint.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place broke my mirror and the attendant waited forever before getting someone to retrieve it. Awful service do not come here if you care about keeping your car in one piece. They offer no compensation or apologies for damage.
Edit: for their questions. It was in perfect condition and it is indeed the original mirror on my vehicle that I now have to replace. The air dryer did this to my vehicle. When I went to talk to a staff member they said nothing about any video and simply said that the car wash would take no responsibility for a damaged mirror. They only offered a refund for the service after I spent 10 minutes asking for an explanation or compensation of some kind.
Great place to wash car. Lots of vacuum bays with good suction. Air hoses for blowing water out. Well maintained site clean. Extra hand services available as well. Mid priced for self wash.
Don’t go to this car wash! You get what you pay for👎🏼 My first and last time ever using this car wash was 08/07/2023 My car got scratched and the manager said it wasn’t their machine because my car was too dirty to see the before on their camera. Don’t waste your time and money at this place, the car didn’t even get washed well. Drive thru car wash places are not worth it! I’m sticking with Mission Car Wash in Upland on Foothill. Hand car wash places cost more, but so worth it after this experience. 🤦🏻♀️
