3 months agoRip off! Paid $17 for the same $10 wash. This is just a drive thru wash with no frills. Car is still dirty. Went mainly for vacuum. All vacuums either out of service or being used. Went to wait for an open vacuum but the vacuum attendant told me to leave. Don’t waste your time or money.6 months agoAfter going through the wash you can fine tune your car yourself with your products in one of the vacuuming areas where they have air, microfiber cloth and glass cleaner.a month agoThey have a good price for joining the club to keep your car looking good. They have a system that identifies your license plate immediately and the gate opens to allow you into the car wash. With the unlimited program, I am able to keep my car looking clean always. The free vacuum cleaner is a great bonus.a month agoMachine gets my car very clean (which is not easily said for most machines). Microfiber towels are always well stocked at the vacuum parking spots. There’s always been enough vacuum spots whenever I’ve been there. The vacuum turned off as I was working on the passenger side front and back I asked what was happening and with disgruntled demeanor the manager said they’re closed and not turning the machine back on. They knew the customers were there and said nothing. On return of the next morning to complete the task they were late and opened after 8am. When I asked one manager what time are they opening, he acted as if we woke up together and responded with a nasty attitude. “I’m just getting here Its opening “!!! Im a monthly subscriber at least I’d expect to be treated with some sort of gratitude. Last time I checked customers kept the doors open not just employees. To the owner of this establishment I suggest that you do some ghost shopping to see how your customers are being treated. This is not my first time being treated rudely. Today and last night were exceptional and I had to post this review. Do better!! To many car washes, as you’d probably suggest I’ll be taking my subscription else where!! Thanks but no thanks👎👎👎👎

Car wash cafe provides fair and great quality work. Their detailing work is adequate for the correct price. I think the bumper to bumper detailing was a little expensive I think I could have taken the lesser of the selections but over all I was satisfied with the work completed. Would recommend anyone to go. Be mindful on which detailing work you are selecting.
