  Super mighty impressed to first, have a place like this in Agartala, secondly, for the range of services they offer (everything you can think of) and thirdly the efficient yet effective work that they did ! You can see it in my smile !

  I first started off with head oil massage – the smell of the oil was so soothing, the massage was great! While the oil was setting, I got a facial done.. all the products used were highly aromatic and low of chemicals.

  Facial was fabulous – the most important part of a service is shown the next day – no allergies or any bumps – Skin is feeling good 👍😊

  The real deal breaker was the comfort of position while getting my hair washed, the ergonomics of chairs really matter to me – and it was perfect to relax while the hair got washed 😊

  Followed by the quick blow drying and styling done by Dipan – a quite guy on the side with what seems to be years of experience! No curling tongs or much heat used but my hair looked 😃

  Overall, very happy with the team and the service.
  Will be back! Worth every dime ☺️

  My experience was okayish. They didn’t give me a gown on facial at the first place and gave it after the cleansing was done. Anyways I had an oil massage too. The massage was good but now my hair feels very dry idk why.

  I have been using their service since 2018 and they were pretty good back then… My last two visits including the recent visit was awful. Don’t know about the other executives, but the one who attended me for hair cutting and beard trimming was very unprofessional and unethical. Arrogant behaviour included. Also, when i asked him to make subtle adjustments in the final hairstyle, his words were “Emne chul kata hoyna, apne online thika hairstyle select koira ainnen ami shei bhabe e kaitta dimu”. If I had to do that, I would have gone to any local salon and then whats the point of a professional salon? I could have gotten a haircut + beard trimming and would have saved a meal for myself too. They are much more better than this wrt to hospitality, and also what he did was below average. The downgrade here I feel, for L18 is that, back then, they had people working for them, who were much more ethical and way more professional than him. Also, I am not talking about the whole crew (present), but this particular person. Back then, I just had to say “Dada apne buijha chul guli milaiya den” and now more than half amount of the time of a session I have to confront the executive. Seems like this was my last visit to the salon, I was a regular customer but not anymore.
