  I got my reception make up done from here and I was aghast and disappointed with the whole procedure. The make up costed 20,000/- plus 3,000/- (extra for coming to my house). The beautician used a local brand primer and other products for my make up. Further, there was no reference or idea for the look and make up was blended in a very shabby way. They did not even cater for anything for the hairdo and I had to get it arranged with a lot of difficulties towards the end. Moreover, the make up including the lipstick started fading within a couple of hours of the make up. Please don’t spoil your big day, trusting this salon as they didn’t send an expert even after charging heavily.

  Worst experience ever. I came here with my wife and they told us to wait for 15-20min to get normal party makeup, we literally waited for 1.5 hours and no one cared about keeping track of the customer queues. Whatever positive reviews you’re seeing are fake and brought by Lakmé. Don’t fall for their trap. I had literally seen brides unsatisfied with the way makeup was done and the overall wait time even after buying this highest package. They don’t value your money. They’ll ask you for money in the beginning because they know if they’ll ask later than unsatisfied customers will not pay. Look at the image I’m attaching for the brides waiting for their turn.

They also gave me the best look for my friends wedding. I really loved my party makeup that compliments my personality and dress. I absolutely loved it. She knows well about her profession.   I went for a bob haircut and the man ruined my hair from the bottom completely. I asked the counter incharge to assign me a hairdresser who is an expert when it comes to bob. They even said the man named Sunil was good at it. And since I trusted them, I did not care to show a picture or anything. But he shaved the back of my hair layers on the nape that is covered by the upper layers and now when i do a pony or wear a claw clip, the hair at the bottom sticks out in an ugly way. It looks like the bottom of a boy-cut.
  They even charged 150 rupees extra than their usual haircutting charge and called it a “special haircut”. This is such a horrible behaviour! Totally intolerable. The salon needs to have better haircutting professionals. Please do not trust the hairdressers here, they are untrained when it comes to haircuts like bob and blunt.

  On a side note, whatever justifications you, Mr. Owner, are giving in response to the allegations are absolutely forged and made up. I don’t know who you consulted or what you said, but there’s an immediate need to fix your company policies. I demand reimbursement for the damage done to my hair.

  It’s good to go for a haircut that is easy to reach, staff behaviour is good but one thing I can mark is that their service is very slow. The price is not reasonable they are quite high according to their service, they are cooperative with clients although I would say average experience first time i had visited there

  Very worst experience ….as I went there for nail extension and art but the employees named NUTAN & ANJALI were ridiculous….they took appoinment but were not having time and they were instructing their fellow members to do it fast specially Anjali . As it was her birthday…so if they are not having time they should not take appointment. They ruined my special day and wasted my time also. If I were the manager I would have been thrown them out of the salon.
