  Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Lakme salon. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant.

  Best place to get any service done. All the staff here is so well trained and polite. Their suggestions are best and worked so well for me.
  I got hairspa and hair cut done from Leela and she is so good in her work. I loved her services.
  Shaheen did my clean up and it was so relaxing.
  Gaurav did my menicure, pedicure and eye massage. I got so relaxed that i slept while getting these sevices done.

  I had a wonderful experience at Lakme. The whole staff is so welcoming and cordial, not to forget, extremely professional.
  Shaheen did my facial and, it was so relaxing. She explained to me what she was doing/ applying & answered all my queries.
  I also got the mani-pedi done. My manicure was done by Gaurav, and pedicure by Rajni. They both were so good at what they did. Made me comfortable and the hand and feet massage at the end was the icing on the cake.

  Had a great experience. 10/10 recommended.

  They are very limited in their staff.. and very less crowd ( undoubtedly other big spot salons) are also nearby..
  Being new to this locality , I read the reviews on google and chosed to avail services (However My experience was totally opposite of what google reviews says). I made a call to enquire regarding Cysteine treatment, they asked me to come for a price quotation. When I reached there and took consultation,I was not very much satisfied with the consultation and justification on the products used and why their service is on higher side in terms of price. No good offers as well( They said that the offer is going on and its 20% off.. but I know that Lakme always runs this offer for student/corporate ) , so not sure what additional/different offer they had.
  For everything they said “ prices are revised”
  Agreed if they are revised, but they should atleast have a updated price list to show to customers.

  Owner lady was really weird in her attitude and she behaved as if “Least bothered”.. that was one of the most unprofessional behaviour I have seen.
  I would not recommend it personally. Rather explore other nearby brands.

  The only good thing was the waxing service that I took from LEELA .. she is really professional , and seemed to be much concerned (among all those there in the salon).. I have a hyper sensitive skin so she took my concerns and then accordingly treated me..she was good in her attitude and behaviour as well.

  I visited ur salon saturday night and at 9: 30 I got coloured hair from toni & guy salon…. and it Wednesday night- around 1:22pm
  You can see the quantity of your product/ colour

  Her receptionist sakshi made me fool by making false promise
  I asked to her for pedicure she said yes ma’am wait for 2 min i will send some one…..
  I asked again after 5 min- she said yes we are sending for pedicure but no one came,
  I asked several times to Sakshi for pedicure and i received same reply
  After 1:30 hrs
  Whn i asked i am getting late pls send for pedicure
  Then she denied and said it is late we are going home u can take only massage
  She can’t tell clearly when I entered but she didn’t and she engaged me in hair colour….which was really a bad no stay no covering …

  I’m their regular customer and I had a Kertain treatment from looks. After 2 washes I got the worst results and my hair is back to the same condition wavy as they were before.   Quick haircut in 15min.I had the fastest haircut of my life here just in 15min. I had opted for feather cut and the stylist who attended me I could sense something like the smoke smell from the stylist and he didn’t wash his hands probably. I wonder wether they are following covid rules or not because wearing mask is not the only thing, you have to wash your hands accordingly and sanitise.
  Service is not up to the mark.
  Haircut is ok ok
  They almost burnt my scalp, the heat in the hair dryer is so high I thought it might start to fire.
  I didn’t feel comfortable and it’s not a good service.
  I hope they maintain not only high price list but also have high standards in their services.
  Didn’t expect this from looks as I have read a lot about it online this is an example of don’t go by name. My first experience with looks is not at all a good one 👎🏻 I don’t know about other outlets thank you

  People this is the worst place on earth, they charge like they are providing diamonds and they won’t even give the minimum service or anything. I did a botox and hair colour.hair colour was fine but for botox the results were unacceptable. Literally zero results. I did bought the botox shampoo and conditioner as well from them but. My total money of around 17000 got waste. This was the first time I invested this much on my hair and for nothing.I visited the salon and they were denying everything and it was of no help. We choose a brand so that we get a kind of security but zero customer service. Please go to the local salon, I am sure they can provide more security.

  This is the worst saloon i have ever been to. I went here for my nails extension before my engagement and they did horrible work. My nails were looking horrible and the work was also not neat. I went there around 8pm and came back around 11:30pm …The nail artist was in hurry bcz he had to go somewhere and bcz of that he did pathetic work.
  My sister-in-law also got her makeup from this place and that was horrible too. I would never recommend this place for nail extensions and makeup.

  Had tried to experience Geetanjali’s saloon services(Kavi Nagar) but it turned out to be below average and had landed me to messy hair. Got my kera smooth done and in within 3 months it damaged my hair

  I had the worst make up and service experience of my life.
  – Inspite of booking the services ten days before, they could not find the booking when I went in, they were short staffed, that’s extremely unprofessional.
  – Please do not book them for make up. It took them 3 hours for only doing the eye shadow and then, they blamed my skin that my skin is not absorbing the make up products that they were using.
  – 2 stars are only for the hair styling that was good and staff being polite.
  – Would never recommend this place to anyone for anything except hairstyling.

  Gitanjali is a brand, and it’s totally unacceptable to receive disappointment from such a well renowned brand name.

  I have been coming to Geetanjali Salon Kavi Nagar for over 3 years for all of my hair needs. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I am so thankful that Geetanjali is open again (after being closed due to COVID-19). I appreciate all of the safety measures that have been put into place to keep each client and the staff safe. I am so impressed by the professionalism at Geetanjali and the friendly, welcoming vibe as soon as you enter.
  Do ask for Mr. Ayub, who is a great hairstylist and will make you look wonderful. I have been going to him for 3 yrs. and am very pleased with his haircuts!
