- Reviews:The worst experience with the rude front counter service staff (a male) I have ever met. Definitely will not visit this clinic again. I was just asking when will be my turn after waiting for 50 minute as I was informed by another staff when I was registering that there was only one patient before me. The male staff went to the dr room and came back and inform me to wait another 45 minutes. Then I asked why I was not informed that I have to wait such a long time (so that I can plan my visit to other time) . he reply that it wasn’t his responsibility to inform in such a very irritating way.. saying that he has other job to do…By K R (a month ago)I had bad experience in doing covid test at this clinic. They conducted the test outside and after my result came out positive, they left me outside in the hot weather for a while. The weather was so hot at that time but they didn’t allow for me to wait inside while waiting for my medication. This isn’t my first rtk test at clinics but it was the first time i had a bad treatment. They did apologise later but by that time i was so tired and feel like fainting. Insyaallah, will come again here for my family future medical needs. Excellent service from registration to medical examination by the doctor. The doctor is friendly and he provided detailed explanation to help patient understands the condition and other possibilities. First time meeting Dr Syazwani for consultation, she’s great. Very thorough and provide great consultation & recommendation. Doctor was alright but the staff at the reception counter seriously need some customer service training. I don’t mind if u don’t smile or act friendly etc but at least have some courtesy to acknowledge the customer when being approached. It felt like i was talking to a wall. Muka masam nak mampus, customer tgh nak cakap tak nak angkat muka pun. Memang obvious tunjuk muka annoyed pagi2 aku pun tak paham kenapa. The one that was so obviously making her statement was the one that was free hair, the one with hijab was not bad but still she could do better. She was better cos she was put together with the worse one, or else i would still give rating 1 for both. C’mon ppl, this is year 2022 already, should you be improving already with all the low ratings u had before this?By Julie Razali (9 months ago)My experience here was really bad. Firstly, they did not let anyone in the doctor’s room except the patient because of some SOP. I can understand this but the patient here have some special condition and special needs. The patient, who have an OKU card, is diagnosed with severe dyslexia and affect the memory. The patient also is diagnosed with severe social anxiety and they do not recognize this at all. The staff did not even care to ask more about the patient condition and just close the door and not letting the patient’s guardian in. This patient is an adult but need an adult guardian because of the special conditions. As soon as the doctor see the patient, the doctor rushed the patient in asking about the condition, medical history and in diagnosing the patient. When the patient have some troubles answering some questions, the doctor even INSULTED the patient’s mental health condition. Are you even a doctor? Have you ever heard the word mental health? Or you are just a type of doctor who just care about physical health and denying the existence of mental health? When the patient was so anxious and were asking to get the guardian, the doctor do not allow it and keep saying things that make the axiety worse. The patient were even crying after leaving the doctor’s room for some time before getting calm again. This experience have left some trauma to the patient’s mental health and this could have been prevented if the staff were all aware of mental health. Management, please take action regarding this issue so that no one will have to go through this in the future. It is just sad and shameful for modern medical staff to act like this. Went there for PCR Swab Test on 17/08/2021. Staff are all friendly. Swab test session is smooth, no undesirable pain during the swab and staff doing it as gentle as she can, which I kindly appreciated it. And ya, the test price is affordable too. Thanks for the good service, love it 👍🏻
I did PCR test yesterday around 5pm, I got the result today around 8am though I opted for normal (result in 48 hours). Very fast and smooth process. Price very reasonable. Staff friendly and professional.
If i can give 100 rating, all of them will get a 5 star. Staffs are very friendly, always smiling and so polite. I was just very disappointed with my neighbourhood clinic, and straightaway went here eventho it took me 15mins. Anything for good service. Keep up the good work! I did my whole family covid test here, the result is fast and reliable.

Seriously unprofessional clinic.
My husband had fever 3 days ago and the temperature keep going high, went to this clinic, No patient, when we went into doc’s consultation room, the thermometer used by the doctor is just the white purple forehead thermometer scanner that we used to see outside any restaurant when mco. Doc say ‘temperature ok’ while we see that the scanner was actually no reading shown. We were so shock because we check the temperature at home it was all the way 38.6-39.6with 2 different thermometer. Next, When comes to blood pressure checking, the doc pour out battery from a utensil box and place it into the blood pressure monitor, but at the end, blood pressure can’t be read. Doc say’ sorry ya a lil bit problem this machine need to be service.
Another thing, when the doc check my husband’s throat, he took out the mouth stick from the same utensil box with the battery and other thing inside. Hello? After all this ridiculous thing we don’t feel confident with this doctor again. Husband did tell doctor suspect denggue because he had the same symptoms few years back when he got denggue, doc use denggue test kit but it came out negative. Pay rm60 with no medicine and leave this clinic.
We then straight went to another clinic, have blood test also with some other checking and it came out denggue positive with blood pallets going down.
Lastly we was referred by that other clinic’s doctor to admit into hospital.
First time i’ve been here. Dr Mohd Haniff did a great job. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner before continue with the procedure. While doing the minor surgery he was very professional and careful. After that he explained on how to consume medicine on this fasting month. Very helpful 👍🏻 He was kind and soft spoken. The staff also was great and friendly. Affordable price, highly reccommended 👍🏻
