  If I could put 0 stars I would. A pharmacy tech named “AP” had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Very bad attitude. She interrupted me multiple times, and basically grabbed a piece of paper out of my hands before letting me finish my sentence. I will not be returning until there are some better attitudes!!!

  I used to like shopping here until tonight. I got off work and needed to pick up a couple of things, all of the regular registers we closed so I used a self Check out. 2 teenage or very young girls were laughing and snickering the entire time I was checking out and too busy gossiping. One of my items was a sale item and rang up at full price- when I asked one of the girls if they could help they then said “oh I have to get someone.” The lady that them showed up asked me what item it was in a tone that rather suggested she was being bothered and then proceeded to loudly sigh like me asking her to discount something to the sale price was a problem- considering she had to walk down an isle to make sure the price was correct. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES at their finest. General manager needs to have a discussion with his staff or hire new employees.

  I went in the store this morning and a horrible smell slapped me in the face. It smelled like spoiled food and it was offensive. The employees look like they did not want to be there at all. I just needed to pick up soda. There is no way I would try to purchase any fresh or frozen items at this location due to the foul order. I will not be returning.

  To echo Daniela and Janet’s posts, I totally agree. Has anyone noticed that there are so many employees there blocking aisles, nearly hitting you with their restocking carts, yet there is usually only 1 register open up front??? I didn’t mind scanning and bagging my own groceries once or twice but seriously, I feel that they are taking advantage of that. It seems that they expect you to do all the work now. Even aldi and Lidl ring you out…..wal mart expects us to do both!!! Not shopping there anymore.

  Located off Country Club Road near the town of Lewisville. This is not too non-typical for a Walmart Neighborhood Market. You would appreciate the Service, management and where it is located. However, this is not recomended to those who are not a fan of the self checkouts as there are only 4 checkouts with cashiers and with them closing a certain time may make it more frustrating for those who perfert the cashiers.
