I went there to see how much were the prices of dishwasher and they had quite a few of models and options available. I also wanted to ask a question since I have total care or total tech that is something that Best buy offers for 200 bucks. I purchased it last year and it had helped me several times when my either phone which was pixel 7 pro was not working so I took it back to Best buy and without asking any question they just replaced the phone with the new one. So I wanted to ask, if I purchase home appliances and stuff will those be covered under total tech warranty? And the customer service rep inside the best buy store was very helpful and told me that of course, whatever I buy from Best buy is covered by that total tech protection that they offer and it comes with the free installation of home appliances. From my first visit to the store the customer service, selection and competitive prices were beyond my expectations.
The staff at the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find the perfect electronic item that I needed quickly and at a reasonable price. The wide selection of items was unmatched and I will certainly visit Best Buy again as needed and recommend it to others.

The man just came and ran my six year-old daughter out of the sound room, namely, the home theater, design studio for touching the screen to switch the sound to different speakers. I’m just disappointed because I’ve gone to two different locations now and both Best Buys did not have the camera battery charger I was looking for and appeared to be out of stock of many products in general with no set time as to when they would be available. I always like to come here when I need a new laptop. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences buying online with not getting what I need. At Best Buy I just walk in, tell them what I want, and boom! They find the best option at the lowest price for my needs. Always super friendly and knowledgeable. Wide variety to check out many on display that can actually be held touched and interacted with. I don’t like buying a keyboard or mouse without actually touching it as their products that are going to sit in my hand all day. It is nice also being able to see what the new tech that’s coming out is like as it can be overwhelming to try to keep up with. I went with my dad to purchased an $1800 home theater system. They told him they can have someone go to his house and him it up for him. But for $200 through their yearly membership. He disagreed. They charged him ANYWAYS! When i checked his receipt it showed they charged him the $200 for the membership. So we called and asked them to set up the system since he was charged for it. My dad stood up till 11pm last night waiting for them to show up, but they never did. He called 3 times yesterday and they assured him they would be there no later then 730 pm. He’s been on hold for an hour today, and no one wants to talk to him. They keep transferring him around. The Worst! Horrible service! This was my dad’s Christmas presents and its just been a frustrating and horrible experience. I thought the employee close happened to be busy with another customer (I had no problem waiting for them to finish up). Turns out that wasn’t the case. I had 5 other employees pass not a single one offered to help me, they all were more worried about moving stuff around and talking with each other. If you want to buy technology just don’t go here. Customer service was quite good. Lots of empty merchandise displays, however. A bit shocking to see.
Placed a 5-item order for delivery from Best Buy in Murray, UT. I received confirmation that 5-items would be delivered by 9pm. Hours later, I received a text message that one item was delivered, but no item was delivered. Then I received a text message that Roadie was making a delivery. I called Roadie, was on hold for 40 minutes, and finally hung up and called the Murray store. I was on hold for 35 minutes before they answered and we were disconnected. I received an email that the rest of the items would be delivered by various delivery methods within the next few days. As a TotalTech member, this is a terrible customer experience. Don’t pay to be a Total Tech member, it is not worth it. You will not receive better service. This is the last time that I order from Best Buy and will cancel my Total Tech membership.
The store is expansive. A cool place if you like to see and demo the latest electronics. The store could use some air freshener and padding to the flooring. Miss when they sold music in store. Thankfully their neighbor Barnes and Noble does. This Best buy’s employees are consistently rude and unhelpful. Sure isn’t like used to be. Their employees always had smiling faces and used to ask you if you needed anything every couple of minutes. Now if you need help you have to go looking for them and then they act like you’re a inconvenience asking them to do their job. Because of that and their new awful two week returns. Usually go here to look and then buy from their website or elsewhere. So it’s look but Best buy… elsewhere.
I recently purchased a Nintendo Switch from Best Buy and I have to say, the experience was outstanding. From start to finish, the customer service I received was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as they answered all of my questions and helped me select the perfect console for my needs.
Not only did Best Buy have a great selection of Nintendo Switch consoles, but their prices were also very competitive. I was able to get a fantastic deal on my purchase, which made the whole experience even better.
When it came time to check out, the process was quick and easy. I appreciated that I could choose to have my purchase shipped directly to my home or pick it up in-store. I chose to pick it up in-store, and the whole process was seamless.
Once I got home and started using my Nintendo Switch, I was thrilled with my purchase. The console is fantastic, and I’ve been having a blast playing all of my favorite games on it.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Best Buy. Their customer service is unparalleled, their selection is fantastic, and their prices are very competitive. If you’re in the market for a new console, I highly recommend checking out Best Buy. You won’t be disappointed!
I’ve bought my washer and 2 computers there. Every time I came in to receive the products that I was told were ready and they did not have them. If you are buying in store its fine but if they tell you a product is not in stock currently expect to wait double whatever they tell you to wait. The customer service is fine. They just have a lot of shipping issues
