I have been working with Abstrakt for about 90 days. I am giving them 4 stars because my account manager, Ben, I feel he really cares and I feel the team of SDR’s I have give 100% and try their best. They definitely listen and take feedback, but you really need to get involved to make it successful. They have been calling for 60 days and I’ve had 3 really good calls that I feel I can convert to clients, and I have an upcoming call next week. If I can convert these or at least one every 6 weeks, it should pay for itself.
We have been through many Marketing Trials and were never getting real tangible makes sense to continue results. With Abstrakt, do not cut the onboarding process short. Stay involved in it and the deliverables that are on you must be complete comprehensively to get what you want out of Abstrakt. The better you prep them the better they can help with your business. When you get a lead, you actually have access to the phone call that got the lead. So you have the actual call and not an interpretation of it. They are very system savvy and because of this it helps you prepare for the appointment. There was a storming phase of about 3 months to find our rhythm together. But they work on making the relationship what you want. Maddy and her team are a relationship we are banking on for part of our growth strategy. I recommend. I have used two other firms for cold calling to build an in market business. Abstrakt is not a cut above. They set the bar for others to follow. It just works.
