a month agoTerrible workers. Terrible location. Posted close times online and in the store say 9pm but I was just literally yelled at and rushed out of the store because they said they’re closing at 7:45pm on a Thursday with no posted sign or explanation. Foul location to TRY and shop. Plenty of businesses get sued for closing before their posted close time without warning or explanation. Absolutely ridiculous.4 months agoThey are open! They opened about 2 weeks ago. Apparently, they had to replace their roof and ceiling. They are waiting for new supply trucks. The employees I met there seemed to be hard workers, and gave great customer service. Great attitudes, very helpful. If this energy continues, this store is on the road to a great comeback. Fyi….Be mindful that they now have $3 and $5 items. I find that they are usually in a specialty marked isle, however, that is not so in the freezer. KNOW, there are more expensive items there– and so far, have NOT been marked. I bought a 2 pack of Edward’s pies that USED to be $1 and they ended up being $3! I don’t know if there are $5 items there. So, I would check if I were you.2 months agoHad cashier “Joan” check us out. And was very rude to us when we did cash back. At check out the option for cash back came up & I selected it. There are no signs anywhere that cash back isn’t allowed. However once Joan seen that we did cash back on our receipt she slapped the receipt on the counter & said “no cash back! That’s company’s policy” I responded “okay….” She did give us the $50 cash back we opted for when we ran the CC but told us “like I said cash back is against company policy! Don’t try this again!!” 🤔 usually I wouldn’t leave bad reviews but she also was rude to the customer behind us because their child was holding 2 balloons and she acted like the 3 year old was going to steal them or something?2 years agoThis Dollar Tree location had everything on my list but it was incredibly disorganized and kind of dirty. Some of the shelves weren’t stocked and there were boxes in the aisles; luckily I didn’t need anything that wasn’t already on a shelf. It was just a very untidy store. Random things left on shelves where they obviously don’t go, but it looks as no one has done any organizing. Before checking out and employee was sweeping; but to get the store back into shape requires more than one person. Very friendly and courteous.a year agoHow does this location have a high rating. This is by far the worst Dollar Tree I’ve been in. It’s never stocked, boxes everywhere, unorganized, and dirty. This location would be my last resort, if that and I wouldn’t trust any food from this location. It’s probably expired. This location would get shut down if corporate made a visit

8 months agoI have been to many of Dollar Tree Stores and must say this store has one of the largest selections I have come across as well some of the most friendly staff I have had the pleasure to speak with. The staff were knowledgeable on where the items were that I asked about, the created an inviting environment with their greetings and smiles and some how these staff members got every cart that had 20 + items through the pay line and greeted the next customer to check out. I gave the 4 only because it had been a busy, busy day there and some customers had knocked over displays or knocked items off the shelves onto the floor.2 months agoThat is the worst Dollar Tree In the City When I Say Nasty it’s just that in and out I promise you!! I have to travel miles to go to a decent one that’s so sad 😞 it horrible to see how we just let our stores go down !!!5 years agoThis store is horrid.Trash everywhere I was appalled at how the place was unkempt disgusting and no one should shop here. I am calling corporate and submit photos with a detailed description.4 months agoWhy show on your Website that you close at 8pm when you you lock the doors at 7:45pm or earlier. Post your true hours. If you lock your doors so no one can enter at 7:30pm, then post that time as your closing time. Thanks.6 months agoCame here 10 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. The employees looked while I pulled on the doors and several times asking them to let me shop since their hours stated they closed at 8 PM.

Found these party balloons and decorations in this very store a few weeks ago! Went again today looking for cleaning agents I’d found on a previous visit. Didn’t find them, so if you ever come across anything you like in this store, (not to encourage hoarding) but get as many as you’ll need just in case you don’t find it on your next one or two visits.
Their shelves are extremely well packed and organized.
I went to this location on 04/21/23. The cashier did not even speak to anyone( correction) any females entering the the store. She proceeded to role her eyes at each female entering the store. I also witnessed this same cashier flirt with every male entering the store. I went to the self check out, and received a message on the screen to wait for cashier. I waited for 10 minutes while this cashier had a private conversation on her cellphone about why she was mad at her baby daddy (cashiers words not mine). When I inquired about assistance through the self check out, the cashier let out a loud sigh, as I interrupted her conversation. She proceeded to talk on the phone while fixing the issue with the self check out, then walked away. I will never patronize the particular Dollar Tree again. Of course upper management will not care until others do the same, and it hurts financially.
Love Dollar Tree, this one could do a little better, but still most of the staff are really nice.
Love this location because it’s always clean and fully stocked.
Upon entry you have to walk halfway across the front of the store then cut through checkout lanes to actually get into the store. (They claim its theft prevention, I say possible firecode violation). For years the shelves are ALWAYS half empty and inconsistantly stocked (they claim supply issues, I say lethargic complacent employees) Plenty of product viewable in the storeroom, just nobody putting it on the shelf… Do yourself the favor- go to the Dollar Tree a few miles down Gravois next to 9 mile garden. The store is larger and always fully stocked. Makes this place look like a joke.
