a month agoMy order that I placed online to be delivered was not delivered to me. After 4 long phone calls it was discovered that my “delayed” order was delivered to someone else. They would issue me credit that would take 7-10 business days to process but when I placed the order the money was taken from my account within minutes. They would not redo my order and deliver it. They told me i could pay again and redo my own order. i was also told if I did not want to pay again now I could wait the 7-10 days until my refund was processed. Meanwhile I still do not have the groceries I ordered in good faith and paid for at the time. I was told this was their policy and they could not reprocess my order to be delivered. Bad Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!5 months agoI noticed that while I was buying hundreds of dollars at the Shiloh Kroger Pharmacy every month, my Kroger Reward Points were not being updated. When I questioned why to the Pharmacy, they looked at their systems and told me an old phone number from 20(?) years ago! I asked the Pharmacy to please update it for me. I was told they couldn’t. NOTE: the Pharmacy checkout process does NOT allow me to input my current phone number during checkout.I went to the store’s Customer Service Desk and requested my phone number to be updated. They told me that was impossible.
Bye bye Kroger. Walgreens and Tom Thumb (for groceries) has been great for us the past 3 months! You should change too! 😀
3 months agoI love Kroger, Ralph’s in California, and Fry’s in Arizona, even before I worked for them. H E. B. Is not my choice. Kroger is #1 for me. I also liked Smiths.8 months agoSigh….for the last 8 1/2 years, I have gone to the Kroger in Flower Mound, Tx at 1101 Flower Mound Road. I usually go through the self-checkout line but today I went through the “full service” line. The girl checking me out, Allison, literally threw my groceries. Not once but several times. The guy behind me just shook his head in unbelief! I did tell the store manager, and pointed out what she was doing. She said she would talk to her.I’m afraid that this is my last trip there, as in the last straw. I spent $200 plus there just today! I can’t go there anymore where the service is this bad, and I have seen it gradually every year get worse.
Though this store is convenient, I will not be going back there nor recommending it to anyone else.

Thank you so much Jasmin (the cashier), to smashes all my groceries and my cake, plus you were standing there and no help bagging, on top of that punched my stuff away from the belts all the way to the end, then she started scanning a new costumer groceries.

I came here after googling best Kroger in DFW area…mostly just to see if reviews were accurate on google. I can say without a doubt, this Kroger is NOT the best in any city, much less the DFW area. Nothing on the shelves, what’s there is scarce, very unclean store and even though the cashier knew they had no ice, she still rang me up for the 2 bags I needed. When I went to get them and saw no ice, I had to go wait in line to get a refund. Lucky for me, the customer service desk decided that was time for their break. I was about to lose it, until the nicest, black woman working the self check told me she would refund me and actually apologized for everything. They should make her the manager! She’s the only one who had any dang sense. Save your sanity and go to another K Roger!!
Enjoy shopping at kroger after moving close to here I’ve been going elsewhere. Most of time out of key items like bread and milk. They keep 4 of the 12 self checkouts open and let line form across the store with only 1 or 2 actual cashiers working, and just stare at everyone getting upset over this. It’s busy a lot because of lack of checkout. I’ve been turned away from customer service and asked to come back next day because “I’m only one working self checkout and customer service.” Not sure if management or the people working but it’s ridiculous to wait 15 minutes when can easily open rest of self checkouts and get people out
Very good experience. They are promoting digital sale, if you sign up online then you qualify for that. Breyers 1.5 quart ice cream regular price $7.99, with Kroger’s membership card $3.99, if you signed up online then price goes down to $2.99 !!!
But there is a catch, you have to buy 5 of them (any kind seven to choose from) to get the additional discount. We bought several other things last night, we had a lot of savings.
