What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. The buyers need to step it up. There are so many items not available. The shoppers on the curbside do not look for items to sub, they just say they don’t have them..like bucuits…really not one biscuit in the entire store?

  2. Nice, clean, efficient, stocked, quality and variety. This I can say for certain. Cleanest and most stocked Kroger I have been to in a long time. Very impressive.

  3. It was very clean and the employees are helpful. Self checkout is well staffed and the manager was very helpful when I needed to use my digital coupons to get my sale prices. 😊

  4. The cheapest place around for groceries. The app helps you stay on budget, the digital coupons are amazing!! I can pay on my phone for everything, all my meds are there, along with my husband’s. The fuel discounts are absolutely amazing! All around one stop shop. They deliver to your door, they’ll bring out to your car, and the people in the store will offer to help you if you’re disabled or just need help. If they see you struggling they actually offer, which is more than I can say at most places. They’re over all kind people. Highly recommend over any other place around.

  5. I frequently visit Kroger every week for my grocery needs. Being a parent of twond everything we require at thisarly enjoy the great variety of fruits available. I also love the section that has a range of pots and kitchen items. I make use of their digital coupons and find their curbside pickup option quite convenient. The parking area is spacious and if in a hurry, the self-checkout option is available.

Pharmacy tech is very rude and unprofessional. She needs to retrain on how to engage with customers. Stop talking fast and have some patience when speaking. Train her using Aidet.

Absolutely horrid pharmacy staff. The inconsistency within all of them kills me. Firstly, completely rude and act as if you inconvenience them by doing anything. Secondly, I’m part of a pain management clinic so I get a lot of opiates… they acted like it was their business rudely not in a caring considerate way. I had just moved here so my insurance wasn’t totally active yet, but paying cash was fine. My wife and I stood there as the tech went back and forth with the pharmacist saying they didn’t have enough meds, once insurance was mentioned suddenly it was in stock, once they realized it wasn’t active yet back out of stock. Unreal…. Lastly the classic horror game “We sent your prior authorization to your doctor for then to fill out”… the doctor said they never received it. Turns out after the back and forth game the pharmacy wasn’t calling the right number…. funny how do you verify with me you sent it, when it couldn’t have gone through.

Overall, huge headache to deal with

Terrible customer service and will not fill automatic refills as told. Have to call every month and when it is time to get them it is always something. Very unorganized.

I recently had back surgery and got my prescriptions filled at Kroger pharmacy like I usually do. When my wife picked up my meds the pain med was for a 7 day supply and I was told it was because the insurance puts a 7 day only fill limit. OK I understand that. I went yesterday still in pain to go get the rest of my medication and was told insurance still will only allow a 7 day fill. So I called my insurance. After a 2 hour conversation and checking into what was cleared it came to light that there was never a 7 day fill only and the Pharmacist did that on their own. It’s not really the fact that it’s a pain having to go back to the pharmacy every 7 days it that if that is what the Pharmacist wants to do then they need to “man up” and say that not blame my insurance. It’s getting to the point where nobody wants to take responsibility for their own actions and are trying to point their finger at someone else.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The staff is impatient, inconsiderate, rush you (whether in the drive through or on the phone). I’ve worked in a pharmacy before….I know procedures… I’ve had experiences where we were waiting on medications to be filled and were never called that it was out of stock, had to be ordered, there may have been a pre-auth that needed to be done etc… no communication whatsoever. I’ve had an issue where they needed to contact the insurance and flat out REFUSED! WOULD…NOT…CALL. insurance kept asking them to call for an override code and they refused. I had to take my prescription to cvs and they called…no problem. Callong insurance companies for patients is routine. Should happen daily. This pharmacy seriously needs training. They are in an industry that deals with patients day in and day out. Some are sick, elderly, handicapped, disabled etc and the type of service they give isn’t comforting or attentive to anyone. It’s awful! I’ve never left a review before, seeing that I’m a business owner myself but this needs to be addressed!!! I hope corporate sees this and takes action. Right before typing this I called to check in a prescription and kept being cut off as I was speaking while the tech assisted another customer asking them to sign paperwork…. moving all my scripts to Cvs as of today which is a shame.
