9 months agoThis used to be the best Kroger to go to in this area code, but unfortunately it’s now the worst. Always completely understaffed, under-stocked, and there are literal health & safety hazards every other grocery trip.5 months agoAbsolutely disgusting bathrooms and rude lazy employees. I had to use the bathroom (see pictures) I know for a fact the bathroom is supposed to be serviced every 2 hours. The employees literally stand around and talk instead of helping customers. I asked the self checkout guy a question he told me idk go ask customer service. What a joke! This is an update I decided to try this location again, and added even more photos of how the bathroom is even more disgusting3 months agoBought 97 bucks worth of groceries and had to throw out about 30 bucks of meat due to chicken that went bad before its expiration date. The chicken went straight home from grocery store so I suspect it may have been left out at the store and later placed back in refrigeration.Ive also noticed that this location is placing meat on the shelves that go out shortly after you buy it. You can check the whole rack it all expires a day or two later. There are no discounts offered on this meat that is near its expiration date as well unlike other grocery stores that offer discounts to get the stuff sold before it has to be thrown out. My last pet peeve is that there is no hand sanitizer in the meat section so if you get chicken water on your hands from handling a package you have to live with it. Gross!2 months agoPoor customer service from the self checkout attendants. Will bypass this store and go across the street to Publix in the future. Came in on Saturday afternoon and the older man at self checkout was absolutely no help and just a blah attitude2 months agoI’m new to this area, new to Kroger. I’ve worked in a grocery setting for years. and the staff is top notch in helping me with my needs, Thanks for all your assistance.

We went to this Kroger yesterday and it was very open space staff could have been a little more friendlier but overall a nice Kroger
Very large store. Recommend this location if you are looking for stuff in stock, for most items. It was a quick stop for me for just a few things.
After figuring out the new (confusing) layout of the store I decided to try the new self checkout option where you scan your groceries down a conveyer belt. The technology must not be there because I kept scanning and food just kept getting missed and when an attendant, Sarah, came to help me she treated me like a criminal and grabbed everything off (including stuff that had already been scanned) and reset it and when I tried grabbing said items to explain she PUSHED ME like literally body blocked me from groceries I was purchasing. I don’t appreciate being touched by strangers and being treated like I’m doing something wrong when I’m just trying to get errands done. I don’t need a make pretend security guard keeping tabs on me in the checkout line.
Nicest Kroger around-Whole Foods like. Great selection of items from A to Z. The major problem is poor management. They are useless. Been coming here for over a decade.
8pm on a Saturday night, if a holiday weekend, and they only have self checkout available. There were 8 people ahead of me and 5 more behind. 1 employee was bouncing from one station to another doing id checks and such. I asked him why he was the only one working while 5 other employees stood around chatting at the customer service desk. His answer was priceless: “You’d have to ask them; they’re the managers.”
Side note, 80% of the store had a strong smell of people actively smoking weed.
