a week agoHORRIBLE!! Not clean staff is rude, god forbid you ask them to do their job. Try to talk to what’s supposed to be a manager and they act like you’re the problem. And the produce section people have their dogs and the employeees don’t wear gloves. Shelf’s are always a mess and they don’t have anything. I but overall the management is HIGHLY RUDE. And a brown hair boy at the self check out who what’s to insinuate that everybody is trying to steal something making you feel embarrassed in front of other customers when your just trying to pay for your items and leave. And the management actually said we have to use our better judgement. Like what the hell I have 300$ worth of groceries I’m front of me and you think ima steal 3 twisted teas?a year agoI came this way to meet a person for business. I am not from this side of town but I needed some items. I love this store. I was given a Keurig and went in search of coffee. What a selection and so many coffees on sale. I was in awe, so many coffees! They have everything, clothes, shoes, I couldn’t get enough!! I only got annoyed when I was approached by a sales person , not employee but wearing a Kroger jacket. I assumed he worked for Kroger, he did not and had me talking about perks of my Kroger card. I said I loved my card and recently was mailed coupons and I used every single one. Ended up being for a credit card! Despite that, this store carries so many cool items. Great produce and Ice Cream, i was disappointed because I couldn’t get ice cream being an hour from my freezer!!!:( Awesome and very clean store!!a week agoThis is the 3rd time I’ve ordered delivery from this store and the order got cancelled. One time the driver showed up and refused to bring them up to my apartment and left with the entire order. HEB for me from now on!a month ago59 Kroger, the overall store was/is great. The pharmacy however, is another long drawn out story. The one star is for the pharmacy ONLY! I was in the store for over 2 hrs waiting for an Rx to be sent from Northpark Kroger. I ended up having to drive into the construction area only to be told that the three females who tried to help me didn’t know how to look up if an Rx has been transferred. Sara, the pharmacist at Northpark Kroger explained how simple it was to do but, the 59 Kroger employees didn’t retain how to redownload a profile to upload a transfer of prescriptions. 3 1/2 hrs waisted with a migraine! Ugh!! 😫10 months agoThis Kroger location is incapable of stocking fresh produce. For the last 6 weeks, I’ve consistently received moldy raspberries, blueberries, kale and tomatoes in each of my orders. Additionally, when experiencing issues with the delivery service (either incorrect or late deliveries), I’m repeatedly told “this is Shipt’s fault, call them.” That may be. But YOU, Kroger, are accepting my money for the Boost Membership. It is not my concern if you choose to farm out your delivery service to inept 3rd party providers. YOU own the relationship with your providers, not me. It is incumbent on YOU to make it right for YOUR customer. Otherwise, I’ll gladly accept reimbursement for my membership fee. I’ll be taking my holiday grocery shopping to HEB just down the road; you clearly don’t want my business.

This Kroger location is usually very clean and has a friendly staff. You can find a little bit of everything there. Most of the products we shop for are in stock. The store is easy to navigate.
Love this store. The employees are always friendly and eager to help, plus they have a great selection of home goods, which I love to shop for. So I get to satisfy my shopping bug every time I stop by the grocery store. I pick up the t-shirts my son digs, housewares that are all the rage, and flowers 💐 in a pinch for a last-minute gift. Meanwhile, I earn points on the stuff I was going to buy anyway.
Did someone say points? I can’t forget to mention fuel rewards points. If you know, you know. 😉 Why pay full price? 🤔
You have to check your receipts for sale items. They frequently do not give you advertised discounts even if you have a Kroeger card and use App. Over charged me more than >$10.00 on less than $100 of purchases. Questionable business practices with their best customers.
Never really had a problem inside the store. But take my word for it don’t go behind and ask for any boxes. Two employees came at me like rabid bulldogs. If that’s a big problem for them they need to put out a sign but back in my day it was never really a big deal after all they’re just a couple of boxes.
