What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. This store has gone done so bad in the last 10 years. It’s sad to see it was such a great store. Daven and Emily in customer service are so rude. Told me they couldn’t exchange ground beef that was 3 days old that had browned and said it was in policy. I told him to produce the policy and he could not. They were rude belligerent condescending and very unprofessional. The store manager adam I believe handled the matter for me. I called customer service and she even confirmed that what Daven told me is not a policy. I even had a receipt. They also have rats. I was buying bagels and noticed that there were 6 bags of bagels that had rodent chewed thru holes in them I was nice enough to gather them and bring them to customer service and this is how I’m treated!?! I will provide pictures. All 6 bags with different holes. The pharmacist is rude farma she’s a short Indian girl. The scanned my 6 pack of Fiji water twice charging me for a pack and then one single bottle. I have called krofers corporate. I live in westchester but shopped at mason because Westchester is more expensive. ( if you shop there compare prices from Westchester to mason and you will see what I’m talking about ) at this point I rather pay more. Mason krogers hold the rats please. They have ran so many good employees away. It’s disheartening. Look closely at the holes some are small but this is 6 different bags. Them rodents really got in there smh

  2. This store’s customer service has gone to the DOGS!!! I’ve shopped at this Kroger location for over 14 years and never had any issues. However, present day this store has the most unprofessional customer service especially at the Starbucks counter. The young lady behind the counter has a uncaring attitude that clearly shows in the way she interacts with customers. Do BETTER Kroger.

  3. Worse customer service period!!! This location has been going down hill for awhile. The produce is never fresh, the shelves are never stocked, bathrooms are deplorable and employees are some of the most unfriendly people to be around. Employees are never willing to help you find what you’re looking for, much less, willing to provide service. There’s always someone with attitude and act as if they don’t hear you when there’s an issue with something customers can’t control.
My visit this evening was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had in awhile. Especially when both my mother and I are being talked down to, because we’re seen as making things “too difficult” When in fact, there’s management (in red vest/man of Indian descent) that do not want to help nor know what they are doing on the cash register. They blatantly look at you, roll their eyes, as well as, huff and puff as they take no ownership of their mistakes. Oh! Don’t forget that they actually have to work and provide service to customers, which does not happen!

If you can save yourself the trouble and lack of customer service….shop elsewhere.

  4. How can I say even more than amazing?! I needed a last minute boutonnière and Morgan, Bryan, Pat, Kim, and the whole team rallied to make it happen. I am so grateful for the positive attitude, friendly service, and can do mentality that make this Kroger a dream to shop in! A HUGE thank you!!!

  5. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful mornings are never busy can get in and out quickly… Only complaint is if you visit this store anytime after around 9pm you will find yourself in a crazy long line at checkout they only have 3 self scanners open that late in the evening and if it’s not customers being super slow the registers constantly need the employee to clear the screen to continue checking out

    in the last week
Took my disabled mother there yesterday. 5 handicap wheelchairs and not a single one worked. I went to management who was busy bagging groceries. He sent a lady out to check on them. She plugged one in and told me she told management last week none were working.then said “we are busy what do you want me to do”. I pushed my mother in her regular wheelchair while she pushed a cart. This was her first grocery outing in 2 years. Upon leaving her foot was caught under the grocery cart causing a bruise on top of her foot. While she was screaming in pain not a single employee checked on her. A gentlemen (another customer) coming into the store helped us to the car. Multiple employees saw me having a rough time pushing my mother while she pushed a cart in front of her but no help was offered just stares.Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

This Kroger tries to do a great job, but the fact is it is not a super sized store. I love it, because it is smaller, but the selection can be limited and some folks do not understand that. Overall, I find what I am looking about 95% of the time, lines are never too long. Workers are polite and friendly enough for a city our size. I do feel I can do my shopping better in the smaller store, I hope it remains as it is, but if you want more selection or fresher than fresh veggies you have to go to the larger stores. This is a Kroger staple store serving the needs of Mason for many decades and it works well for those that depend on it and for those that live near it. Thanks Team!

the pharmacists are all some of the rudest people i’ve ever met. i didn’t know picking up a couple prescriptions could be so difficult until now. most of the time they don’t even know what’s going on and if they do it’s ALWAYS with an attitude. i know it’s not fun working with the general public, but they don’t have to make it any harder than they act like it is. shopping here is fine, but don’t ever come here for your pharmaceutical needs.

Every Time my wife walks in to shop she noticed the security guard follow her like she’s getting profiled. She has never stoled a thing in her life and she is a older female ,? Every time that she goes to a aisle, she hears the security screening over the intercom in the same aisle she’s in once. When she was checking out she noticed a strange man acting like he was a shopper. Also she worked there part time a few years ago this dude is creepy
