2 weeks agoThe store was clean, lots of inventory, My self checkout clerk was helpful, good sale on grapesa month agoI have been shopping at this Kroger for over 10 years. I always convinced myself against writing a bad review but I couldn’t hold it off any longer. I don’t know what Leesa, the florist’s issue is. But EVERY time I need something from her she seems to have an attitude and is always rude. I’m honestly not sure what her problem is. She always seems so nice to everyone but when it comes to me or any other Hispanic (because I know a large number of Hispanic people with the same kind of experiences as mine) she is just plain rude. I kindly made a simple request and she was talking to me as if I was dumb. Proceeding then to laugh and mutter with her helper as I walked away. I have tried to bring up a previous similar incident with her to a manager’s attention to which his response was, “Leesa? She has worked here for many years and I’ve never had any problems with her.” Basically trying to say that she would never behave in such a way. What ever happened to the customer is always right. I even had to put up with the manager basically calling me a liar. I have to deal with this type of treatment every time I need something from her department, mind you this is my local Kroger and I shouldn’t have to shop else where just because she refuses to be kind. I am rating one star only because zero stars is not an option. I really hope they fix this because it’s starting to become a burden having to shop here due to just one person’s attitude or perhaps even racism.a month agoRun down, poorly stocked, unsanitary- chicken meat leaking everywhere. Something always smells like it’s rotting. Produce is gross. Meijer isn’t much better in terms of stock but it’s cleaner. The last few weeks this Kroger has been exceptionally awful.a month agoStore is and dated, and a little dirty. Staff is excellent at this location. Smaller store they don’t carry all the products like at other locations Have ample H C pkg too at store fronta week agoKroger on Logan Street in Noblesville has a shortage of carts inside the store. This store is old and needs upgraded.

Shuffled thru the store at 8:30am, day before Easter, and had a cart full to check out… only self checkouts were open. I asked two Kroger employees about the lack of regular checkouts since I’m handicapped, and was told “No” by both.
Left the cart sit & shuffled out to my car & called back in to speak to customer service/ manager, explained that I’m handicapped and could not scan & bag at the self check outs. It’s not physically possible for me anymore. It was as tho I was an annoyance to the person who took the call at the customer service/manager phone.
With attitudes like that, there’s plenty of other places to shop. To bad I’m only good for 100 yards a day. Happy Easter. I’ll have a PBJ.
This store’s pharmacy should be avoided at all cost. The pharmacist was rude, yelled at a physician stating they need to do things different and this store is exploiting people telling them to pay out of pocket versus using their insurance! I have a message also into the state regarding this bad experience.
Worst order ahead/ pickup service. Ordered my groceries for a pickup at 5-6 pm on 5/18. Received confirmation that afternoon that it was ready. Told them I was on the way… arrived to be told that my order wasn’t ordered and couldn’t be filled bc he was only one working. I was patient and said can I come in the morning and was told that would be best. Then Kroger canceled my order later that night. Not worth it and definitely not convenient going through that horrible 146th traffic. Go somewhere else!!!
I literally have been sitting in a click list spot for an hour. There have been many cars that have received their groceries. Currently there are 6 cars waiting and no one has come out from “ClickList” for over 10 minutes. Do NOT use click list at this location – absolutely ridiculous and we will be taking our grocery shopping elsewhere
This location is always well stocked, clean, and we’ll staffed. I like this location’s produce department over other local groceries.
