a week agoOnly one checkout lane open with a line 8 carts long. Have you tried paying more for cashier positions?? Or making less profit for your fat cat board and shareholders? What happened to the customer experience? EDIT: ended up waiting in line 20 minutes before even being able to check out.in the last weekThis store is usually my go to… but only self check out lanes and a single cashier while supervisors can see the lines at noon from the deck. I was with my mother who is in a wheelchair and had to do selfcheck out but she cant help bag or scan because of the cart..no bagger and we had a full cart. This never happened before you installed those self check outs.2 months agoWorst Krogers I have EVER been to. I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous. Only 2 self checkout lanes open and 2 regular lanes open with a packed store. No manager in sight to help control the crowd or guide them. I have been waiting in line for a 1/2 hour. (And still waiting) This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I will never come back to this Krogers again.4 months agoAnother case of getting too big for they’re own good. Only one checkout lane at any given time, oh sure, they have the self service lanes.. but they’re not paying me to check myself out. And make a little mistake and forget an item in your cart while going through self checkout, see what happens. Nope, they can afford to pay a few employees to ring me up and bag my groceries.. I’m getting sick and tired of this rush to automated stuff. Especially in our economy, we need more jobs and more people working. And stop rearranging the store! We all know it’s to keep us in the store longer, looking for stuff that’s been moved so we will hopefully impulse buy some other things. You got money to pay employees to rearrange the store once a month but not enough to pay some cashiers? Whatever.a month agoAnymore kroger is priced better than Walmart and If you use their digital coupons and fuel rewards there isn’t any reason not to use Kroger’s, along with other stores that have deals, regularly

a week agoKacy Carter was nothing but rude. Not a care in the world for a single mother with a baby when $16 was left in the car to finish paying for her groceries. Kacy simply said she was not able to go out to the car to grab her money and that she would not get any of her groceries if she went out to grab her last bit of money. As a single mother times can be hard and I can be forgetful at times. I thought this grocery store is supposed to care for families. Very disappointed. Kacy carter should not be a face in that store.a week agoKacey carter knows nothing about customer service and should not be a cashier at this establishment. Rudest cashier i have ever encounters. She would rather the establishment loose money then take care of customers.2 weeks agoAdmit the nicest good-hearted kind cashier I think I’ve ever met. So helpful and polite it made up for the bad day I was having it was truly a pleasure speaking and meeting her we’ll use the store more often just because it was such a pleasure to meet such a kind and caring person it says my cashiers name was spring.2 months agoHorrendous this Kroger is placed in a black neighborhood with a working deli counter but I can never seem to get served at the deli it is always closed . People in this neighborhood don’t deserve fresh cut meat like anybody else? Come on big corporation.5 months agoI went in there the other day and witnessed the most disturbing thing I’ve ever seen in a grocery store. This elderly woman was asking a manger something about the app and the manager was totally disrespectful to her. The manager acted as though she had more pressing matters and couldn’t help her. The manager’s tone was very nasty, evil, and a lot of people in the store was looking at the situation in disbelief. I will no longer do business there. I’ve told several people about what I witnessed and they probably won’t be going back there either. That manager lady needs to be let go because she has no respect for members in the community, she’s disrespectful, and very unprofessional!

I recently the new and improved Kroger! Now called the “Kroger Marketplace, this entire facility is revamped! It has a totally new layout, modern features and amenities and interesting products! This place looks amazing and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable! If you have not had the chance to check this place out you’re missing out. Keep up the good job guys!
They close half the SELF checkouts and herd people into long lines of standing around to not get service and wait for one employee to check ids for an entire store.
Aldis is better for quick trips; suggest you go there.
Constantly stealing credit card information. Second time in a 6-month span our bank card information has been stolen and used. Had to cancel our bank card, get our money back, and put our new banking information back on our accounts. So annoying. It only happens here. Called and told the manager to give a heads up and he could of cared less. Don’t order online or store pick up. Employees are thieves.
Always the best pharmacy ever! My Dr. Office “forgot” to call my meds in! Sophia encouraged me to call my Dr. Which I did and Lauren got it ready right away! Since tomorrow’s a holiday I was out! Its so nice to know they really do have your back and great care follows. Love it there! Thank you.
Update hours to true hours. Don’t have it say open till 11 on google then have a security guard at 10:40 guarding the door. That would be closing at 10:40. I can teach y’all how to update the hours on google too it’s not that hard
