  Great for shopping. The only thing I see is not enough staff. If you are in line on a weekend wanting to check yourself out any frozen food would be melted or thawed out before you can check out. I hate walmart for the long wait in the check out lanes.

  Incompetent people answering the phone in the pharmacy. Called to check on a prescription, said it was out of stock and to call doctor to have it sent somewhere else. Doctor office said to call Walmart back and have it sent to another Walmart. Called Walmart again, was told it was being filled, because they received a new shipment and to pick it up in a few hours. Called back in a few hours only to be to rudely told “I’ve already told you we don’t have it”. Someone lied. I will be changing pharmacies.

  Absolutely the most horrible experience ever! There were two incompetent people in front of the store. I waited in line almost 40 min because they refused to open other self checkout registers. They chose to do this at the most inopportune time. The night before mothers day. Not taking into consideration other people’s time or the fact that they may need to get back to there families at a decent hour. This was absolutely preposterous and inconsiderate. The two individuals should definitely be promoted to customer for there lack of consideration. Ryan was the associate who finally made it available for the other self checkout lanes to be made available to the 75+ people in line!

  Went to return some formula that I did not need and one of their employees Amanda (heavy white woman) was extremely rude. Not only to me but her coworkers as well. I tried to thank her as I left and she rolled her eyes and ignored me. I’m not sure what’s going on in her life but when you work in customer service you have to leave that at the door.

  Ordered a cake to be picked up today at 1pm, I get there at 115pm wait at the bakery for 15 minutes.. Call the store, no answer. Wait another 10 minutes, get a deli associates attention she grabs my cake sits it on the counter and disappears. It’s thrown together. Smudged and the wrong colors. Colors aren’t an issue but the smudges could of been prevented.

  The electronic department is soooo helpful. Especially the 2 young ladies that work there. One I had going back and forth to different cases and holding things at the register for me. If I needed something from another department like toys and home furniture they’ll look it up for me so I wouldn’t be running around. Not ONCE did they have a bag attitude. They were just so understanding and the whole department works so well together. I told them I behaved like siblings. I have to get the young lady name again who I worked with the most. I will be going back again today. I live almost 6 miles away and by how high gas prices are I have to really love this store for me to only want to go to this location. I never thought I’d find a Walmart I actually like.

  Went in to the automotive service area for a oil change. As usual, I spent much more money than I intended!! The customer service at the automotive service check out was absolutely AMAZING!!! The oil change was quick, like always!! This is the Walmart I always shop at and get gas at Murphy USA!! VERY CONVENIENT!!!

  I did not give it the last point BECAUSE I seen white people role out with stuff (unbaged!) and not one person ask to see there receipt, and I have it recorded but when I do it. I get asked to see a receipt or end up in the argument with little to the same amount of things I’ve seen white people have which is recorded on my phone. A little bit of racism yes but at the end of the day not everybody is bad there so I give them four stars but I can’t give them five. But still a good place

  Most of the time, it’s fine, but my most recent pickup order had half of my things missing. To talk to a real person on the phone, I had to wait 10 minutes as it rung continuously.

  This was Mart was pretty clean, it is huge! They were sticking stuff so there were pallets everywhere, a lot of the cheaper items were out of stock, like the cheap salt n pepper set and the two dollar cutting board was out. Looks like they are good with RV parking, there were several in the back of the parking lot. Overall a good visit.

  Sweetest girl ever in the bakery! On the younger side & shorter side. Wish I would’ve gotten her name. I did a strawberry theme for my daughters 1st bday & she def brought my vision to life! She went above & beyond I feel like. Definitely a great asset to your team!

  This Walmart needs to be remodeled! The shelves are falling and they look like they are growing mold! By far one of the worst Wal-Marts I’ve ever shopped at.
  That’s probably the reason nothing is being stocked or left very disorganized.
  Update: went today, looks the same no one cares.

  Went to do a curbside pick up and watched the curbside guy stand and talk to people for 10 to 15 minutes. after not getting my order after a hour I called to see how much longer it would be. They never answered the phone after a hour and a half I canceled my order and left because I had to go to a doctor’s appointment. I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ll take my business to food loin from now own.

  The store itself is fine but their grocery pickup has a lot that needs to be improved. The majority of the time it takes more than 20 minutes for my order to be brought out and it has taken as long as 35 minutes before. Once I showed up and had to drive circles around their pickup spots for 15 because none were open. I’ve tried several different times to call the number on their sign and my call has never been answered. I have seen people who arrived after me get their order before me more times than I can count and there’s nothing I can do but embarrassingly flag down a worker as their phone number doesn’t work. I have a baby and a toddler and I can’t sit and wait all day for my groceries. Would be faster to go in and get them myself. I’ve done pickup at other Walmarts and never had any issues but I’ve never not had any issues at this Walmart. Some serious changes need to happen.
