What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Kroger within complex.

    Pros:
Large food bar. Open layout. Great signage- everything was easy to find. Full service deli with fresh sandwiches and various foods available to purchase.

    Cons:
The bakery needs to be larger. You can tell they cut the bakery in half. There was not a lot of fresh bread to pick from – limited options. Sandwich rolls were missing, specific loafs of bread missing, and the Kaiser rolls were hard.
Restocking. There were various items missing that Kroger usually has. I went on Wednesday, when the new sales start, and there were a number of things missing. However, I talked to the sales associates and they apologized. They said that restocking usually isnt an issue and it does not happened often.

    Would I Go Again?

Yes. Great atmosphere and the people are nice and friendly. Hopefully the next time I visit it will be fully stocked.

  2. One of the biggest supermarket in Atlanta. They have varieties of fresh fruits, vegetables, Meat products and seafood items. Store is spacious and clean. They have good varieties of Stationary and greeting cards. I prefer this store for frozen foods too..This store has many products at discounted rate.for members. Customer service is very good. They have good Pharmacy.

  3. Customer service has been closed for the last two days. Judging from my last few infrequent visits to this Kroger, Customer Service has been closed for years. Regular cleaning obviously not a priority either. I’ve been to many other locations and this one is consistently sub-par.

  4. Terrible experience today in store. They refused to honor a digital gift card co-promotion with Pampers (despite it being honored in store on previous occasions) and despite this being a “Kroger” offer. Apparently stores can arbitrarily choose to honor “Kroger” programs or not. Kroger Corp refused to override a “store decision”. Very disappointed. Parents, shop elsewhere!

Good supermarket with all essential items. They sell many items at discounted rates for card members. They also sell variety of Kosher items. They have great vegetable produce. Pharmacy is also present in this supermarket. Customer service is good. Face mask is mandatory for in store shopping. Sanitizer tissue is available at the entrance.

This store has really declined. They run “specials” that result in people buying up all the stock for items that I buy on a regular basis. Just skip the specials and keep your prices low so stuff stays in stock and I can get what I need! The place is also understaffed. Don’t go there early in the morning if you need to do major shopping. All they have open is self check-out which is a major pain if you have more than just a few items.

They have a nice deli & bakery. Clean store with friendly helpful workers! Wait in line was minimum which was nice. They need a bigger selection of organic food choices; they are in a neighborhood that support & adopt that kind of lifestyle.

I like that this Kroger is nicely tucked away yet it is popular and has a lot of parking available. The res box is a good spot to grab a couple of movies for the weekend. There is a Western Union inside to send money to others or a Fifth and Third bank branch after you get through shopping for food or flowers!

My wife just had to self scan over $200 of groceries because your Kroger at 2090 Dunwoody Club Dr, Atlanta, GA 30350 didn’t have any one at the registers!

And nobody is answering the phone.

Terrible service. We have a Publix we’ll be using from now on.

Store closing early at 10 pm for the next week or so due to having new floors put in. Which by the way look marvelous and give the store a really updated look . They will be back to normal hours soon. Posted on August 17th 2023

Honestly the worse checkout experience ever at this store! They never have open cashiers, and it’s all the self checkout machines that suck! They are all messed up and broken, it takes me 20 minutes to checkout sometimes if I’m buying a lot of stuff, makes me want to buy less when I get to the store and see no cashier’s knowing I’m gonna have to scan everything with these messed up machines. You scan something and it doesn’t let you scan the next item until you press skip bagging, then after scanning a few items it makes you wait for an employee to come and reset the computer and this happens non stop , sometimes it takes the employee 5 minutes to come to you to reset it because she’s helping someone else!

Very annoying and time consuming!. Target has amazing nice easy self checkout machines if you wanna do it then do it right and update your machines pleas and get new ones

Shopper Alert! The store manager steals carts!!!

I walked away from my cart to get a few items because the cart was heavy to push around with all the groceries. When I came back a few minutes later, the cart was gone! I looked everywhere and couldn’t find it. I had to ask customer service to make an announcement looking for a cart full of groceries. Then a store worker came and said he took my cart because it was unmanned. He said I shouldn’t leave my cart unmanned and he put things where they belonged. He was unapologetic, cold and dismissive. He could’ve at least been courteous by making an announcement to remind me to return to my cart. But instead he chose to waste a whole hour of my time by stealing my cart!

I shopped here for many years and never had this happened to me. It turns out this worker is the new store manager. He clearly has nothing better to do than stealing shoppers’ carts! There are so many things he could’ve done to improve shopper experience – mopping the dirty floor, cleaning up produce display, removing expired promo tags etc. But instead, this manager likes to give lessons to shoppers by stealing their carts and doesn’t even feel compelled to be courteous or offer an apology. He forgot Kroger is a retail business and how important it is to be shopper centric. Well, I am sure I will receive an apology from Kroger headquarters in Cincinnati with a formal complaint.

In short, I’m missing over $300 and Kroger has been real sketchy and rude about it.

I went to get a money order for the security deposit at a new apartment. I gave them $1792 for a $1488.77 money order and got $1.23 back. The workers attacked me as if I was the enemy for trying to figure out where my money went. To this day, I never was sent to a manager. They told me they’d view the surveillance footage and call me the next day. Two days later, I had to call them for them to just tell me I got my exact change even though the receipt says otherwise. I have to go through a whole process to get my money back and I don’t have time, or money, to get it figured out. Only giving one star because Google forces you to.

Great store, great prices. Much cheaper than Publix down the street and same selection if not better. Clean store and friendly associates.
